Pretty expensive and then you have to pay additional $7 for the virtual game they have inside!!! That doesn't even come with the VIP or std ticket admission I was disappointed they didn't have ideas at each station. We paid for the everything package and was super disappointed We didn't get more for the VIP experience It was 120+ dollars for 2 adults and 1 four old... I think if there were more ideas at each station that would have been helpful to keep littles engaged Some staff were helpful others didn't seem to know much it was strange

My overall experience was good due to the fact that it was my son‘s birthday, and I made the best out of it and sea life was a bonus for him… I rated it a 3 because of the customer service and lack of proper working attractions and closed. Although I did have a pretty good experience, there are a few things that I would like to let you guys know. First, no one really greeted us when we walked up. I had to speak first and it was a little uncomfortable. I do understand these are teenagers that are working there mostly so their energy are just a little bit different, but it’ll be nice due to the fact that it is a kids activity center if the environment was a lot more upbeat. Secondly, upon getting on the rides the first ride when entering The building for some reason, I was getting ignored and laughed at due to the fact that I had questions, concerns and wanted to have an understanding on how the ride worked and things of that sort. I even said thank you multiple times and did not get a response back until I asked for a response in which he responded. Thank you. I didn’t make it a big deal and continue on about my day to not make the situation worse. Third, some of the attractions in the center did not work properly so you did not get the full experience. Paying full price for something and looking forward to something that you don’t get the full experience with it’s quite disappointing to myself and my child. Because some of the things did not work, he rushed through a lot of of the attractions.

We had such a great experience at the LEGO Discovery Center! We went with extended family and a mix of kids of all ages, and every single one of them found something fun to do. The place was shockingly clean and well organized, it actually felt comfortable to just relax and let the kids explore. You can’t always say that about family attractions, but this one genuinely felt safe and welcoming. I don’t know exactly what they’re doing, but they’re doing it right. We’ll definitely be back!

We brought our 8 year old grandson and stayed for 1.5 to 2 hrs. My grandson told his mother he loved it. I thought it was a clean and engaging experience for all.
