Bought the annual pass in person the activation didn’t work online, so sent them a message in face book. They didn’t get back to me. Went there on a normal weekday morning waiting 20 minutes, because the front desk person couldn’t do anything and still waiting to speak to a manager. My kids are anxious and. Places is fun, but seems understaffed and not very hospitable for customer service

We visited Legoland for a field trip. The experience was fun, however it was basically just bringing a bunch of children to an indoor jungle gym. I wish there was an activity they could've done to bring home, or some sort of presentation. The movie was also broken, we unfortunately weren't able to enjoy that. The children really enjoyed the ninja course. It was nice for what it was, but I am not likely to purchase a ticket to return.

Nice store but poor customer service. Workers ignore their customers while they chitchat about their lives at the cash register, while products are scattered all over the sales floor.

We were expecting a bit more for the price. Some reviews mentioned spending 3–4 hours there, but we honestly don’t understand what could take that long. We went through all the activities more than once and finished in about two hours. One highlight for us was the 4D cinema — the water and air effects during the movie were really fun and made it a great experience. Overall, it’s probably a better fit for younger elementary-school children, as older kids may get bored quicker.

Kids can easily spend 4 to 5 hours exploring and playing. They play 4 different lego short movies in 4D theater and it fun to watch.

Ourr experience was great! It's a zoo (as any kidcentric activity is) but there are many areas to move throughout. We spent 3 hrs, did two of the short movies, the VR experience and lots of time in the pirate ship play structure. Kids loved the special build with the Lego Master builder! Highly suggest, our boys are 4 & 6
