I went here to shop in their store, not do actual Legoland. They had the sets I wanted, and the checkout clerk was busy but kind. Unfortunately I did not have proof of Lego membership to receive 5% off. Because they're an independent store, they aren't tied into the Lego system, so my purchase didn't earn points. I feel bad for taking away a star for a stupid computer system problem, but here we are.

Another great experience at a LEGO owner property! Friendly staff and clean facilities. They even squeezed a little ride and a 4D theater into the discovery center as well. There is a little cafe, a place for toddlers, family bathrooms, and a mother's room. Lots of seating for adults and room for strollers. Kids can build and race all sorts of vehicles. They have a creative workshop where you an meet Lego masters as well!

We were not allowed in because we didn’t have a child. We drove 1 hour in a snow storm to be denied entry even with free military entrance. So disappointing!!

We had an amazing time for our son's birthday. The downtown Chicago Legos, the VR race, and the rides were so fun! The 4D movie was a great way to end our day!
