Unattended kids, old tech and few things to do. Way overpriced for what it is. 8 people working there and not an iota of effort put in. Lego somewhere else!

First and foremost let me say that I absolutely love legos. My kids love Legos. My dog even loves Legos (different use but hey..). Lego is such an innovative company I have no idea how this location was approved. Spent $60 to walk in, not be greeted by anyone and have to figure out where to go. We could have not bought tickets and just walked in, that is how inattentive the front was. Once we actually found out we were supposed to go upstairs the clouds parted and we were excited for Legoland. Unfortunately those clouds roared back in when the elevator doors opened. The place is so small that is claustrophobic with all the kids and families. There are a few activities spread out through this strange open concept room, but multiples of them cost money on top of the entry fee. Let me say you are getting very little for $60, so adding $7 on top of it, to put on a dirty VR headset or ride a kiddie ride, with attendants who seem like they want to jump out the window, is ridiculous. My 8 year old is obsessed with Legos and was ready to leave after about 15 minutes. Super Disappointed. But let me highlight some positives. The store is awesome. All kinds of LEGO sets and has a build your own mini fig station. The lady behind the counter was incredibly nice, helpful, welcoming and overall just very pleasant. There were also some cool Lego sculptures (see the pic) around the room, but that is expected. At LEGOland. Or in this case, Lego room. Save your $, skip the Lego room torture and just go to the Lego store. Again, I cannot believe LEGO actually owns this place.

I thought this place was kind of underwhelming overall. Most of the rides felt more like calm kiddie rides and nothing was very exciting but the Lego sculptures of Arizona landmarks were actually really cool. For the price it did not feel worth it and while younger kids might enjoy the build area the kids thought it was just okay and I would not go again.

It was a little too run down for the police they are charging, the 4d movie was y really 4d the bubbles really didn't work and where I sat i was just dripped on the whole movie, the stamps are too hard for the kids to do, screws were exposed and just drilled right thru the Legos now even trying to hide some of it, where there was free play Legos where just scatter everywhere in walk ways and by the stairs, leaving the place you walk thru a gift shop where prices were higher then buying them from the actual Lego store. All around I was kinda disappointed that Lego would let this place go so badly and not update or fix any of the broken things. I would save your money and just go to Dave and busters instead it's right next door they atleast have a open food area and working equipment
