My 11 year old and 9 year old both loved it. We do wish that the Lego bowls were refilled, and the mini city needed quite a few repairs. The few employees that were there were very polite. The rides didn't have any attendants after 330 so we couldn't ride them anymore which was kind of disappointing. Overall the kids had fun and that's what's important, however the price for our family of 5 was a bit high.

Family of seven went when they opened at 10 on a Sunday morning. Best time to go! Really, really not impressed with the place. The kids had a pretty good time but we done within two hours. I'd say tickets are way too expensive for what you actually get. And, of course some things require an additional purpose. The VR experience is an extra $8 a person. Not worth it. Plus you have to try and but tickets for it via a QR code. No internet so you have to use their internet. I'd say if your kids love lego, save the money and buy them an extra nice lego set.

We expected SO much more for the price. Especially because we purchased online to save some money! We visited on December 20 expecting some festive features, It’s Lego, you could go all out! Especially in your MINILAND, what a disappointment. Most of your features were covered in dust, making it feel old and unmaintained. We were very excited for the free ornament kit at the end, thinking ok at least we’re getting a small souvenir, only to find 2 of the kits missing the main circle plate to build the ornament it self, and the hangers. All in all, we wouldn’t visit again.

I initially planned to wait for my 5-year-old and fiance', but I was encouraged by staff to let my 2-year-old get on the ride where you shoot at targets. The second the ride took off she slipped off the seat, into the floor, and hit her head off the bar. I picked her up out of the floor and placed her on my lap for a second to get situated, and then helped her back into the seat. An incredibly rude worker came over and said we had to get off the ride because I had lifted her over and she was no longer safe. I told her she had fallen into the floor and was way too small for the ride, to which the employee replied "she's not too small... You shouldn't have lifted her up". So I was supposed to let my tiny toddler roll around in the floor of the cart? We even heard the employee talking unkindly about us to the other worker as we refused to "try again" and get back on the ride. We drove 3 hours to be there yesterday, and we're so excited. Our trip was ruined the second we got there. Will definitely not be returning, and will warn all our friends and family with small children not to trust the staff there.

We are session pass holders. We wanted a hour of play for my daughter. I honestly was disappointed, the play area in duplo was very dirty with crumps and stains everywhere and very few thing for younger kids. The bathroom was even dirty with bugs and unflushed toilets. Though their was no lines, I understand why. I also was disappointed that there was only a live gingerbread man and no Santa. My daughter was even to scared to go in because it was so dark in the beginning. I guess this place is better for older children who know how to was hand and play with the very small Legos. It a shame because Legoland is so nice.
