Staff is mediocre, and VR ride is $7 per ride (with the ride lasting no more than 90seconds)… If this place is a “must see”, purchase a season pass to “get your moneys worth”.

I took my 5 year old grandson. He likes Legos but does not love them so he got bored after an hour. He did enjoy the movie. I did like the models of buildings in San Antonio. They were amazing. I read that it took 2 hours or more. I would say over an hour is more likely.

My kids had fun just because of the legos, but staff condition (being understaffed) and the “system being down” having my kids not being able to buy any Lego sets after (was apart of there Christmas gift) put a damper for them at the end of it. We drove two hours and kids were disappointed. We also bought the total package and I don’t feel like it was any different than the regular package minus getting a Lego figure when we walked in. Hopefully our next experience is better.

This was not what we expected. We had a group of 9 ranging in age from 5 to 73. The 6 and 10 year old had fun but it was very overwhelming for the adults with 3 of them leaving after 5 mins. I dont think the adult rate should be the same as a child. One of the employees was very inappropriate with my child demanding he speak to her. When I told her that he didnt have to speak to her and that we teach him not to talk to strangers she still wouldn't stop and kept asking him if he wanted a hug and to go to her house. During the maybe 5 minutes we were in that area I told her to stop 3 times and had to move my child away from her and alert management. This was way overpriced and with the money we paid to get in we could have bought different Lego sets for the kids and they would have had just as much fun.
