We visited on a Saturday after Christmas, and the facility was moderately busy. Because the space is divided into different sections, it never felt overcrowded. We have a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old, and both enjoyed the space very much. There were activities suited for each age group. It was well worth the money, especially if you’re looking for an indoor activity for kids on a rainy day. We were also greeted by the GM, Nick F., who was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

I hate to complain but good lord. We were there the day of New Year’s Eve. It was pretty dead in there and there was still not an employee on the floor to be found. The bathrooms by the time we left around 3pm ish were filthy. Water everywhere and the garbage over flowing onto the floor. The amount of money you pay to get in, barely anything was functional. The laser area was down, the “test your speed” was broken and the music table was not functioning. You know what was 100% working? The VR you pay for. To have an entire area dedicated to building cars but not have nearly enough wheels? Every single kid, including my three were wondering around searching for matching wheels 3/4 of the time. The movie room was uncomfortably hot. The Lego store was wiped on stock of many things. This place has definitely gone downhill. I will say the employees we did encounter were very friendly.

I’ll be honest—I was not a LEGO kid growing up. However, my 5-year-old son has recently gotten really into them. We visited yesterday around 1 p.m., and I was blown away by how awesome this place was. There are enough rooms that the crowd is spread out, and the kids were very focused on building with LEGOs. It wasn’t like other play places in the area where kids are just running around and it’s total madness. There were lots of things for kids to do. We stayed for about two hours and left before it got boring—which is a good thing. You want to leave still wanting more. The staff was friendly and not overbearing. They let the kids play and explore, which I really appreciated. Our final stop was the shop, where we picked up a few sets for home. The prices were very good. We’ll definitely be back!

Poca variedad de actividades, demanda por las actividades que supera la capacidad instalada, excelente atención del personal, recorridos muy cortos

Honestly not worth the price. The indoor play area is nice but wish it was more open so you can keep an eye on your children. The had a terrible experience with the guy running the vr ride (which is extra). He was very rude! My son has autism and he kept loudly (getting more aggressive each ask) if he could see. My son said no and he snatched it off his head and goes yea he can see it and rolled his eyes! I also got the wrong photo in my frame. I didn't notice till I got home and looked. (3hrs away). Also the outdoor area was closed. The only good experience was the employee who was running the print your own Lego person. He was very polite to me and my son. Even going to the back to get us a blonde hair piece to match my sons hair (they had none up front). If your child is obsessed with Legos this is the place to go.

It should be posted clearly on the website that if you don’t have someone under 18 you can not enter. I drove hours from home to visit all to be rejected because we were one year too old. Customer service was not friendly. Will not be coming back or taking my future children to this establishment.
