This Legoland is run down and absolutely not worth the cost of admission! The 4D movie was closed, some of the shooters and sound on the knight ride weren’t working, and we had to wait 10 minutes for a worker to open the police driving attraction. It was a complete waste of the nearly $150 admission (for a family of 4). The car building station didn’t have enough of the pieces needed to make a decent car, and the city area smelled terrible. Overall, we were very disappointed with this experience, especially because my 4 year old son was so excited to visit.

Honestly not worth the trip , Half of there stuff was mainly Add ons my son was sad bc the race thing was not on and my daughter wasn’t age to ride anything either I wish I saw the reviews before going in we were in there for about 15 min and my son was just disappointed… Not worth $80

Half the stuff was mostly broken and worn, not handicap friendly at all, we went for Christmas for my son and they closed early that day but didn't say so on the website so we only got to be there for half an hour to an hour ish when we planned for hours of fun for my son. Had we been informed, we would have gone with an earlier time to make the most of it but at this price, for a ticket for 7 adults and one kid, that was a total rip off for something that was supposed to be a good, long experience for him and us as a family. We had to rush his Lego picking at the end as well when we went into the store part and he ended up with a 100 dollar set that he would have taken his time to choose something else instead. It's fine for what it is but not for the price it is or the lack of information given in this situation. I definitely would not recommend unless you plan to come early and plan to not use half the stuff/rides as they're mostly broken or just don't work at all. Staff was super 50/50 some seemed nice but most were very obviously wanting to go home already. Given it was Christmas Eve, I understand but why even be open on that day if your staff is gonna be miserable and make your customers miserable in return?

This place was dirty, the train was not working properly, the was noone enforcing rules, and the coffee shop was awful. The coffee shop gave me cold coffee, it was dirty, the employees were drinking their drinks at the cash register, and they were inattentive. I would ot recommend going their for the price of entry and food. The bath room area had no paper towels and I dryed my hands on my pants.

It was our second year having a bday party at Legoland. With Jenan and Destiny help this year, the party ran smoothly. They were proactively set up the party to make sure everything looks good. And led the party well. Huge thanks to Jenan and Destiny!
