Probably the worst experience ever. I wish there were minus star reviews. Legoland Discovery Center at Great Mall has some of the most poorly thought-out rules I’ve seen, especially for a place meant for children. They strictly enforce a no outside food or drinks policy, which on its own might be understandable, except the coffee shop inside was closed. So let me get this straight: you can’t bring food or drinks from outside, you can’t buy food or drinks inside, and you’re left with hungry and thirsty children who have absolutely no options. That’s not just inconvenient, it’s irresponsible. When asked, staff couldn’t give a reasonable explanation beyond “those are the rules,” which management clearly hasn’t thought through. If you’re going to ban outside food, you need to ensure basic refreshments are available, especially for kids. The experience quickly turned from fun to frustrating. Instead of enjoying the attractions, parents are stuck dealing with upset children because of poor management decisions that make no sense. Legoland should be about creativity, fun, and family, not rigid rules that create unnecessary stress. Until management fixes this, I honestly wouldn’t recommend it. What a waste of time and money.

Absolutely horrible customer service! My son has an emotional support dog in which is not allowed to leave his side and they kicked us out!!! The manager Jose brought out an example in which we provided his doctors letter which states they can not be without him for his anxiety. Both Jose and Keegan obviously couldn’t understand that my child has been building Lego for years to help his anxiety! He asked us to LEAVE!!!! I am sickened by the customer service, rudeness and attitude. As I was walking out Jose responded “yep you leave us that review”. You shouldn’t be working in customer service if this is your treatment towards children. My son cried as soon as we got in the car as we drove over an hour to get him Lego. Disgusting Lego. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

The manager there was great. Definitely get the bundle that includes the mini figures since you can swap with the staff and that was probably one of my child's favorite things. There's also an activity booklet to stamp around the center which we purchased as well and felt that my child enjoyed doing that too.

why should you have to have a child with you? Let individuals decide if they want to enjoy it or not there’s no reason that you have to have a child with you literally no reason whatsoever

For the past 12 years we have been visiting legoland discovery center. We try to take our kids at least once a year. After about 2 hours they are pretty much done however I try to engage them in building structures and working together to come up with unique builds. I would like to see the center try something like this for older kids aka a build challenge or scavenger hunt build. The place hasn't changed much over the years but they make small adjustments and improvements. The rides are always a family favorite. Bring back the kids meal lego boxes, thats the only reason most ppl buy food from here fyi. Also looking for the original lego red and blue cups for kids.
