A lot of people there today due to holiday but the workers there helped with the flow of entering, service of food, and more. Felt as if there wasn’t a lot of people for such a busy day.

My family and I went on a Friday afternoon noon. It was packed to my liking . The lines for the 2 rides , 1 long the other wasnt to long. They also came with admission, the only thing that cost was the virtual reality. 7$ per person. Creative minds will have so much fun building. Overall enjoyable.

Such a fun place! Buy tickets via the website for a good discount over paying at the door. Update: 4/3/26 This place needs a refresh. Consider cosmetic touch ups, or maintenance; increase to $30, then don't charge extra for anything inside; if features are non-functional, discount the ticket that day.

I took my 14 year old son here because he loves all things Lego, and we had a great time together. We were amazed at the Lego city, and we spent at least an hour in there.

They sell tickets before they open on Saturdays. We had purchased tickets for 10:30am, arrived on time to a closed facility. They opened at 11am instead and offered no explanation. Online you can also buy tickets as early as 10am, many families and birthday parties were waiting longer. We contacted guest services 3 times, once with our experience and twice to follow up, 1 and 3 weeks later. Their representative Savannah assured me that their onsite team would contact me promptly and no one ever reached out. Savannah offered no additional way of contacting someone else or resolving the issue, just let me know I’d be reached out to soon and that never happened. Regardless of this issue, overall the experience was not worth the value for our family considering facilities were run down and instructions were unclear at some attractions.

Pretty overpriced attraction and not much to do. Better to avoid it until and unless you have nothing else to do. Lego has continued to disappoint me. Even kids was just ok but nothing like wow experience.
