Super cool place for kids who love Legos to hangout. The concept is pretty unique to be greeted with bins of lego people that you can customize as your own. Theres arose that greets you with an interactive game for families to play together and compete, before you enter the actual space. Inside there are different themed stations, such as space and race cars for the kids to enjoy. Personally, I found the highlight was the recreation of the entire city of Boston's landmarks made out of Legos. The facility was very nice and clean however, the bathrooms were a mess, and I felt that there wasn't much variety in terms of activities for the kids to do because despite having different themes each room, pretty much the end result was the same, which was just to build something. There were alternative attractions, such as a private discovery room with creative classes, but they happen to be closed that day. I also thought it was pretty cool that you could watch the professional Lego builders work on their next creations. Overall, while it was a unique experience, the pricing left a lot to be desired. So make sure you get a coupon code ahead of time you go ahead. Our tickets should have been around $27 a piece and with the codes we paid around 17

So you’re telling me that only a few rides are working? Everything else either isn’t working properly or isn’t working at all. The lights are down. I went into the toilets, and it looked like nobody had even attempted to clean them. I mean, I guess my kids were able to build some Legos?, but we came here for the rides, and those seem to be broken. I visited three months ago, and the same rides were broken; plus additional ones. This place doesn’t seem like it’s being taken care of properly…

Enjoyable and fun older kids thought was cool but was geared to the little kids. We had one bad interaction with staff trying to split my large family up to bring a school group in instead of going around us they cut through us and split my twin 6 year Olds away from us I did not find that professional or proper for child safety! Would have been 5 star otherwise. My children's safety is always top priority!! All other staff were great and very friendly.

Not a huge space but there are fun activities. The highest feedback I could give is make sure there are staff in the interactive spaces. There should be someone monitoring what is happening within the facility at all times. There were kids being aggressive in the play area, yelling and kicking seats in the theater, climbing the fence for the ride while running, etc. It was a very disappointing experience. There was a school there. The parents and teacher were not helpful.

It was our first time there. No wait since we were waiting before opening time. I definitely recommend buying tickets in advance to save you time & hassle waiting in line. Lots of fun. I thought it was cool that they had 2 kid friendly rides. The set up of downtown San Antonio was amazing. I like how they had a snack shop if you needed a quick break to eat. Women's restroom was a bit messy in the stalls which I understand with the amount of kids who are there.

We always enjoy everything Legoland has to offer. As a parent, I really appreciate the Starbucks!
