(Translated by Google) There was a bit of a wait that morning even though we had booked, but the staff were very friendly, quick, and efficient. The electric bike was fantastic! It had a built-in anti-theft lock and was very easy to remove. Bonus: a free basket for carrying bags is available as an option upon request at reception. 👍

(Translated by Google) We opted for the bike rental service and have no regrets. Warm and efficient service, and a very reasonable price. Our bikes were perfect and allowed us to explore the entire island. I highly recommend them. (Translated by Google) We had to rent very good electric bikes because our government-certified digital ID cards (France Digital) weren't accepted for renting two scooters, even though we had motorcycle licenses. A complete lack of rigor and professionalism. You guys need to get with the times and embrace REAL DIGITAL! It wasn't a photo of a license, but the certified government application. And yet, it was refused, right there in the customer's face, with no particular reason given other than it not being a paper license... old school. Furthermore, the bikes, returned at 1:00 PM, were charged not for half a day (we picked them up at 10:00 AM) but for a full day... well, duh, summer shopping with tourists is a beautiful thing. Choose another rental company if you have the option. I'm never going back. Too bad. I'm giving it a 2 for good quality bikes.

(Translated by Google) The experience would have been more pleasant if the vehicle we rented for €140 a day had air conditioning. During the heatwave, we would have appreciated being informed of this significant inconvenience before paying.

(Translated by Google) The wait to pick up the bikes was very long, and the service was unprofessional. I made a reservation a week in advance, but there was no preparation, so it was pointless to book. Finally, the final price didn't match the initial price because my son's bike was changed without me informing him. Otherwise, the bikes themselves are very good. Professionalism needs improvement.

(Translated by Google) As for the car, no complaints except for the high rental price. However, the welcome was deplorable, provided by a disdainful, insolent young brunette who was completely out of place in a tourist setting.
