Great tour and tour guide
Great tour with Seamus! Very knowledgeable with interesting stories. Great stops along the way, and the stop at the limestone rocks was an unexpected highlight. No stress as the tour and Seamus has everything set up for us.

Great way to see Galway Bay
Barry the tour guide was very charming and informative and went out of his way to look after our small group. Sarah the bus drive did a fantastic job negotiating all the roads, including the one and two cow width roads 😊 Very enjoyable and we highly recommend.

Heck of a tour with Seamus at the helm. The tour was an excellent way to see the many sites around Galway. Seamus provided a ton of insights and nuggets and made the time between stops fly by. Highly recommend this tour for a great way to see the countryside and learn more about Ireland.

Hi. I took a tour yesterday with my guest who was traveling from US. It was a lovely guided tour. We learned a lots about Ireland's culture and history, nature and architecture. John B has good understanding of the area's history and that brought each beautiful location to life, weaving the info with fables and anecdots he made this a memorable journey which we enjoyed and learned a lot. Tour was well placed, bus was comfortable and we enjoyed the lunch in small cozy restaurant that offers locally grown food and its own brewed beverages. I highly recommend this tour to anyone who want to explore and learn in fun and engaging atmosphere. Thanks John B. Much appreciated!

Great experience
It was a great experience, beautiful places , you most do this tour if you are going to Irland, when you don't have many days in your itinerary it is a great option to visit all this great places with out stress , the tour is very well plan , we really enjoy it, the bus was comfortable ,our driver and tour guy was great and the lunch stop was awesome.

John B made our day absolutely excellent! So informative and fun! It was a comfortable and enjoyable tour. All of the stops were just magnificent and the place he took us to eat. Lunch was also delicious! Would highly highly recommend Lally tours and John B!!

Honestly, forget the walled garden and the Kylemore Castle…I’d go back for that Irish lamb stew they had in the their restaurant. So tasty! Connemara was beautiful. Lots of little shops along the way with handcrafts and woolcraft. I wish I would’ve been able to hike it and seen more of it up close. Michael was a good guide and shared about the history of the different places as well drove. All in all it was a good trip. :)

Excellent experience! The drivers are friendly, professional and very knowledgable. I had the full day at the cliffs with John B , and the full day at Connemara and the Abbey with Michael. I would recommend theses tours to anyone who wants to learn the history from the locals. The tours are well timed and the scenery routes amazing.

Shane was a really nice guide who told a lot of interesting information about the area. The only thing was that the time given for the diamond hill hike was very short - if it says on the flyer it will take 2.5 hours and you only get 2.15 then you have to rush really, wish takes a bit away from the experience - although it is doable.

I did the Kylemore Abbey & Connemara tour from Dublin, which led to a smaller tour group because of the bus transfer to Galway, but it was an excellent day! Our tour guide, Michael, provided great insight to the culture of the villages we passed through the and the history of the land as we drove through. Michael made plenty of photo stops along the way and was accommodating when the weather didn't allow for certain stops, which led to extra time for exploring Kylemore Abbey. I would love to come back in the future with other friends or family to experience the beauty of Connemara again!
