Kualoa Ranch was hands down the highlight of my trip to Hawaii! I originally booked the Ultra E-Bike Tour, but I want to give future visitors a heads-up: it is very challenging. I'm in great shape and ride bikes regularly, and even I found it more difficult than expected. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helped me switch to the Novice E-Bike Tour, which ended up being absolutely amazing. The scenery is unreal, the trails are beautiful, and it was such a fun way to experience the ranch. If you're planning to visit, book as early as possible. This is a very popular attraction, and tours can fill up well in advance. A special shoutout to Caitlin Ramirez for making the experience even better. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. She was fun, knowledgeable, professional, and shared great recommendations for things to do around Hawaii. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a memorable experience for her guests. Everyone at Kualoa Ranch was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone visiting Oʻahu. This was an unforgettable experience and easily the best activity of my entire trip.

We did the zip line tour and the Jurassic Parked themed tour. Kualoa was very easy to navigate and seemed well organised with there ticket check in process. Affordable and tasty food options, good sized gift shop. Water bottle refill station in the main building by the bathrooms was handy.Beautiful scenic views on both our excursions. Our 3 zipline guides were informative and funny. Tevin our Jurassic park guide was fantastic! I would absolutely request him as a local guide given the opportunity. He was patient answering tons of questions our dinosaur obsessed kid had. He seemed genuine and made the entire thing fun.
