Kualoa Ranch was a really cool stop and definitely worth seeing while visiting Oahu. The scenery is incredible, and it’s easy to see why so many movies and TV shows have been filmed here. The tours are well organized, and the staff does a good job moving large groups through the experience. A couple tips for future visitors: arrive early for check-in, as there can be lines before your tour starts. Also, be prepared for bathroom lines, especially during busy times. Other than that, everything was smooth and we had a great time. If you’re looking for beautiful views and a unique Hawaii experience, Kualoa Ranch is absolutely worth adding to your itinerary.

Such an amazing experience to stop by and do the Jurassic park tour and see other movie spots all done on this property. It’s highly recommended. Don’t miss out. It’s pretty to even just stop by and walk around a little bit/shop in the gift shop. The views are breathtaking. Carlos was our guide and he did not disappoint! Give that man a raise!

Such an amazing experience to stop by and do the Jurassic park tour and see other movie spots all done on this property. It’s highly recommended. Don’t miss out. It’s pretty to even just stop by and walk around a little bit/shop in the gift shop. The views are breathtaking. Carlos was our guide and he did not disappoint! Give that man a raise!

Extremely disappointing experience. Our group booked a UTV tour expecting a fun and safe adventure, but what we experienced was poor communication, inconsistent enforcement of rules, and a complete lack of accountability from management atterward. The biggest issue was their driver swap policy. We were never clearly informed that driver changes were restricted to certain locations. At the third stop, multiple guides watched us and allowed us to proceed without saying anything. Then, after we had already left the stop and continued on the trail, another guide suddenly pulled us over and demanded that we switch drivers immediately. If this was truly such an important safety procedure, why did multiple staff members fail to enforce it at the actual checkpoint? Why was it only brought up later after we had already left? What made the situation even worse was management's response afterward. Instead of acknowledging the obvious communication failure and inconsistent actions of their staff, they repeatedly claimed that their employees followed company policy appropriately. At the same time, they admitted they would review and improve how these procedures are communicated to guests. You can't have it both ways. The most frustrating part is that they seem to believe that as long as no accident occurred, their staff's mistakes and the negative impact on customer experience simply don't matter. A professional company takes responsibility when its employees create confusion for paying customers. This company chose to deny responsibility entirely. There are many tour operators in Hawaii. Based on our experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Did the movies and jungle tours and arranged transport to/from Waikiki. Booked everything online overseas before visiting. Initially booked the yacht experience but it was cancelled due to bad weather. We had Sidney on the movies tour and she was great ! Funny, informative and she looked after us really well and helped us with photos. Thanks 😊 The buffet lunch is okay, some of the food could be a bit warmer and there wasn't much to choose from.

Did the movies and jungle tours and arranged transport to/from Waikiki. Booked everything online overseas before visiting. Initially booked the yacht experience but it was cancelled due to bad weather. We had Sidney on the movies tour and she was great ! Funny, informative and she looked after us really well and helped us with photos. Thanks 😊 The buffet lunch is okay, some of the food could be a bit warmer and there wasn't much to choose from.

This is a must in Hawaii!!! We did the utv tour & it was so fun. The whole day was planned pretty well, except for the beginning where it all felt abit rushed not knowing where to go & rushing to the tour - I would recommend the tour person to have a microphone cos I was struggling to hear what she was saying. Other than that, the check in was smooth & the tour was truly amazing! The kualoa ranch was so beautiful & we learnt so much from our tour guides. The utv felt safe & we were also given a mask (which we could keep as souvenirs), helmet & goggles for the dirt. FYI I would not wear white because I was covered in mud by the end (had a monobrow too from the mud lol) & it also rained in between. Every corner was filled with so much scenery & the movie scenes were fun to see. Our guides also helped us take some cool photos with puppet dinosaurs. I would have defo done another tour if it wasn’t so pricy. The food there was also pretty good! We went to the cafe inside
