One of the most beautiful places on Earth. The whole place is magical and breathtakingly stunning and beautiful. One of those you have to see and experience if yourself type of places because pictures and video cannot do it justice. I recommend the 2hr UTV tour for your first time because you will see the vast valley scenery. This is our third and this time we enjoyed the Jungle Expedition Tour which goes a different route but still beautiful, just not as grand as the UTV route but still beautiful nonetheless!

Absolutely unbelievable. Booked the 3-Hour Deluxe UTV Tour for my family and I around a month and a half ago. Our trip is in about 2 weeks and we were all really excited to experience the Kualoa Ranch since a few of us are really big Jurassic Park fans and we were excited to be able to drive the UTVs ourselves. Just got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled because there was a booking error on their end. Every tour that interested us is completely booked until after we leave Hawaii. We had planned an entire day around this. Extremely disappointed.

Good luck getting anyone one the phone if you need to modify your plans. They don't answer the phone or respond to emails.

We booked this reservation months in advance, and just two weeks before our vacation we were informed that our reservation was being canceled due to a booking error on their end. We had specifically planned parts of our trip around this reservation and already had the rest of our itinerary arranged. Needless to say, it's extremely disappointing to find out so close to our travel dates that we now have to scramble to make alternative plans. Mistakes happen, but it's surprising that an issue like this wasn't discovered until the last minute. What should have been an exciting part of our vacation ended up causing a great deal of stress and completely disrupted our itinerary. Very disappointed with how this was handled.

I felt sad, paying so much and then not being allowed to see one of the most iconic elements up close, like the dinosaur bones and King Kong's head.

Kehau was amazing , she was so friendly and really helped me and my friend who traveled from Toronto to Hawaii for the first time. She helped us with our transportation when our bus driver was late and honestly made our experience a lot better :). We appreciate you Kehau! Mahalo

Kehau did a great job giving us a tour of the ranch and answering questions we had. She provided amazing customer service and despite any delays she made sure we were well taken care of.

I’ve been waiting to come here for many many years this place did not disappoint.

There was so much to see here. We did one of the full day packages and it was well worth the money. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable. They taught us a lot of how the island continues to work on self sustainability.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience doing the Jungle Expediton Tour with Chris from Washington. He is amazing, we never felt rushed and was so much fun (we loved his energy). We got in last minute (last tour) but it was easy online. Plenty of restrooms, photos ONLY $20 WOW, and items inside the store at great prices. Definitely would come back and take part in another excursion/ tour. Uber back would have cost us $102 back to Ala Moana Center on a Thursday at 5:00 pm, front desk suggested us to take the bus up by the street for $3.00 each.

We had an awesome morning and Kualoa Ranch. We did the 2 hour UTV raptor tour with our party of 10. We were split into 2 UTVs, and it was plenty of space. The views were magnificent and we had 2 guides that led the way. We had 3 stops and at each stop we were able to take photos and learn a little about the ranch and the movies that were filmed there. We even were able to switch drivers. You MUST book your tour in advance and tours sell out quickly. We originally wanted to do 3 hour tour, but it was already sold out when I went online to book, so we did the 2 hour and it was still great! The only thing I would say that was a downside was the checkin process. We were there 60 minutes prior to our tour and still barely made the tour. They need a better, more organized checkin process, maybe with several lines, more signage, and separate times / tour check-in lines. Once you get through that chaos, everything was great. Make sure you get there early! We would definitely come back and do some other activities.
