We went on the Jungle Tour in the big trucks during our visit to Oahu. Really fun tour, amazing scenery and views. They have many other tours including one in Yamaha Raptor and on horse back. On the Jungle Tour you get to see the ranch, a mock Hawaiian village, some filming sites lots of different unique plants and local animals. The ride is bumpy but lots of fun.

Abbiamo trascorso una splendida giornata al Kualoa Ranch facendo due attività diverse: il tour in e-bike per principianti al mattino e la Jungle Expedition nel pomeriggio. Il tour in e-bike è stato molto ben organizzato: prima della partenza ci hanno spiegato come usare le bici, fatto fare una breve prova e fornito casco e bici adatte all'altezza di ciascuno. Il percorso è accessibile anche ai principianti, anche se in alcuni tratti sterrati e in discesa richiede un minimo di attenzione. Con il bel tempo è stato perfetto e i panorami sulle montagne e sulle vallate del ranch sono davvero spettacolari. La Jungle Expedition ci è piaciuta perché permette di vedere una parte diversa del ranch, più immersa nella vegetazione. Il percorso è tranquillo, ma piuttosto sconnesso, quindi ci sono molti sobbalzi: lo consigliamo meno a chi ha problemi alla schiena. Un suggerimento: i punti panoramici del tour in e-bike sono in parte comuni a quelli del tour con i cavalli e del tour in UTV, quindi consiglierei di prenotarne uno solo tra questi. Struttura ben organizzata, bagni puliti, area ristoro e negozio di souvenir. Nel complesso un'esperienza che consigliamo assolutamente: il vero punto di forza sono i paesaggi mozzafiato e la bellezza del luogo. Sarebbe bello poter anche camminare liberamente in percorsi predefiniti nei boschi, ma al momento non è possibile

Kualoa was a highlight of our trip to Oahu. We did the movie sight tour. Our tour guide Taner was funny and seemed to love his job. He was great! The phots we took were so much fun. Loved seeing the different movie spots and the scenery was amazing. 90 minutes was the perfect amount of time for our family with kids ages 8-21

My family recently participated in the zipline tour at Kualoa Ranch and had a wonderful experience on the course itself. The guides were friendly, professional, and helped make the activity enjoyable. Unfortunately, the customer service after the tour has been extremely disappointing. We have been trying for days to obtain the photos from the tour and have been unable to reach anyone. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered, and emails submitted through the website have not received a response. For an attraction that charges premium prices and attracts visitors from around the world, I would expect much better communication and follow-up support. Many guests are visiting Hawaii on vacation and may not have the luxury of waiting indefinitely for a response after returning home. The tour experience deserves praise, but the lack of responsiveness regarding something as simple as retrieving purchased or requested photos has left a negative final impression. I hope management takes steps to improve customer communication and support after guests leave the ranch.

We did the deluxe UTV tour with our guide Sarah. The grounds were absolutely stunning! Sarah made the tour even more amazing sharing the culture and history of the ranch with passion. If you’re considering doing the tour I recommend doing the deluxe tour and I hope you get Sarah as your guide. Outstanding experience!

Amazing experience! I feel far more connected to the Island after touring. We did a deluxe ATV tour and our guide Sarah was incredible. Her knowledge of the history was just what we were looking for. Her passion for the cultural significance of everything was very apparent. Very much appreciated 💙

Such a gorgeous place with so much to do!

We took the Jungle Expedition Tour with our three children (ages 4, 8, and 11). The open-air safari vehicle was comfortable and enjoyable to ride in, and the scenery throughout the tour was beautiful. However, the drive itself was not very exciting. The road was smooth, with no adventurous terrain, bumps, or thrilling sections that we had expected from a jungle expedition. There were a few stops featuring movie filming locations, but they were brief and did not provide much time to explore or learn about the sites. While the natural surroundings were stunning, much of the scenery can be appreciated elsewhere on the island without purchasing a tour. In our opinion, the Movie Sites Tour is a much better option. It offers more opportunities to get out, walk around, and explore the locations, making the experience more interactive and engaging for both adults and children.

My partner and I participated in the Movie Sites Tour at 2:40 PM on Saturday, June 6, and unfortunately our experience was negatively impacted by how seating was handled. Although we booked together as a party of two, we were seated separately. Another couple chose to sit apart so they could each have a window seat, while a group of three women was also split up. As a result, my partner and I were the only couple who not only had to sit separately, but were also both assigned aisle seats. At the first stop, my partner and I moved to sit together when we returned to the truck. We were already seated before the other guests boarded, and our guide, Elsi (Truck A), clearly saw us there. However, once everyone returned, she announced in front of the entire group that everyone needed to return to their original seats. What made this especially frustrating was that there were other seating arrangements available that would have allowed us to sit together without inconveniencing anyone else. If maintaining the original seating was important, this could have been addressed privately rather than publicly, which felt unnecessary, embarrassing, and unprofessional. Being assigned aisle seats for the entire tour also meant we had a poor view of many of the sites. We were unable to take good photos from the vehicle because our views were blocked by other guests, and the photos we did take often included other people's faces, making them unsuitable to share without their permission. The only good photos we have are from the two stops where we were able to get off the truck and take our own pictures. Additionally, during the tour, Elsi handed out dinosaur toys to guests but skipped over both my partner and me entirely, which made us feel excluded. This was especially disappointing because we were celebrating my birthday and were looking forward to enjoying the experience together. After being told to separate again, it significantly diminished our enjoyment of the tour and affected what should have been a special occasion. The scenery and movie sites themselves were interesting, but the way this situation was handled left a very negative impression. I believe guests who book together should be accommodated whenever reasonably possible and treated with courtesy and professionalism. I am giving this tour 1 star because the other staff members we interacted with were friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service. Unfortunately, this experience prevented us from fully enjoying the tour.

One of the most beautiful places on Earth. The whole place is magical and breathtakingly stunning and beautiful. One of those you have to see and experience if yourself type of places because pictures and video cannot do it justice. I recommend the 2hr UTV tour for your first time because you will see the vast valley scenery. This is our third and this time we enjoyed the Jungle Expedition Tour which goes a different route but still beautiful, just not as grand as the UTV route but still beautiful nonetheless!

We did the zip line on our adventure to the Ranch. It was pretty fun! Definitely beautiful! We have zip lined all over the world, and this one was on the lower end as far as thrills. Was still fun though. The guides were up beat and fun as well. Would recommend for beginner zippers!

Absolutely unbelievable. Booked the 3-Hour Deluxe UTV Tour for my family and I around a month and a half ago. Our trip is in about 2 weeks and we were all really excited to experience the Kualoa Ranch since a few of us are really big Jurassic Park fans and we were excited to be able to drive the UTVs ourselves. Just got an email saying that my reservation was cancelled because there was a booking error on their end. Every tour that interested us is completely booked until after we leave Hawaii. We had planned an entire day around this. Extremely disappointed.
