We took the 3 hour e-bike tour. It was great until the very end when the tour guide decided to take us down a path that he said he wasn’t allowed to bring guests down. I was the first one down, and my bike hit a pot hole and a rock. My bike literally stopped in its tracks and the back tire popped up and threw me off. I landed so hard on the rocks, that my palm ripped open down to the muscle and tendons and my entire right side of my body was tore up and bruised. The guide took me up to the road to take the pictures so that he wouldn’t get in trouble. I ended up in the ER with stitches and a big hole in my hand with no skin covering it, since they had to cut my skin off because it was so mangled. I have emailed the company twice, and they haven’t responded. It’s been 2 weeks since the accident, and I still don’t have the use of my hand. If they would have at least contacted me to check up on things, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. The rest of my vacation was ruined and my day to day since we’ve gotten home has been very difficult. I wish I wouldn’t have ever gone to this ranch!!

Kualoa Ranch was not only extremely beautiful but so are the people. Everybody is very welcoming and the tours give you a lot of insight into Hawaiian history and pride. They provide you with samples if you tour the “Kuoloa Grown” which I highly recommend. You get a little bit of everything in this tour. History, Film Locations, Samples, and a great tour guide.

Kualoa Ranch was not only extremely beautiful but so are the people. Everybody is very welcoming and the tours give you a lot of insight into Hawaiian history and pride. They provide you with samples if you tour the “Kuoloa Grown” which I highly recommend. You get a little bit of everything in this tour. History, Film Locations, Samples, and a great tour guide.

Excellent experience, everything you'd expect and more. Was great because the weather cleared up for us just in time. It changes quickly over in those parts! Our guide was amazing, she kept us well informed and entertained, took great pictures also.

The staff were elite from start to finish, especially our tour guides Kion and Chauncey. Everyone we interacted with was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed proud of the land and its history. Whether it was guiding tours, answering questions, or keeping everything running smoothly, the level of professionalism stood out in a big way. The overall experience was phenomenal. Everything felt well-organized without ever feeling rushed, and there was a nice balance between adventure, education, and just enjoying the environment. You never feel like you’re just “on a tour”—it feels like you’re being shown a very special part of Hawaii by people who care deeply about it. One of the coolest parts was the movie set references. Recognizing filming locations from major films and shows adds a fun layer to the experience. It’s surreal standing in spots you’ve seen on screen, especially with the real natural beauty surrounding it. That mix of Hollywood and raw Hawaiian landscape makes it feel unique compared to anywhere else. Overall, Kualoa Ranch isn’t just a sightseeing stop—it’s a full experience. She happily took photos for us and told us so much about culture as well as the movies. It was so fun seeing the spots from the movie! Can’t wait to come visit again. My only complaint is that I called the phones before my visit several times over the course of a few days and didn’t get an answer.
