Beautiful recommend
I felt sad, paying so much and then not being allowed to see one of the most iconic elements up close, like the dinosaur bones and King Kong's head.

Did the ATV Jurrasic Park tour. Excited to put on helmets and scarfs only to drive demurely down constructed roads in low gear. Was great to see some Jurrasic Park movies sites and was pleased that we stopped occasionally for photos with the fibreglass models. Not the exciting trip I was hoping for. The staff were excellent. Amusing and full of knowledge of what was filmed where and when.

Kuola ranch has got to be the most money hungry buisness i have ran into in hawaii, i have never had any issues in oahu however the staff at kuola ranch strive to make it the most unpleasant experience possibe. we spent $800 on tickets to go horse back riding and were refused service. The website states any safety instruction and harnessing would be included in the tour. our tour started at 2pm and once arriving 15 or so minutes earlier the parking lot was flooded and we had to get out of our car in ankle deep water and mud, when we got to the gate at around 1:55 after being covered in mudd we went up to our gate. The girl at our gate told us that our tour had already left. That is funny because the tour was at 2pm and she told us they had left 15 or more minutes ago. Interesting… they told us we should have gotten an email stating to be here 45 minutes early but we couldnt find one. she sent us to the front desk at about 2:05 and the front desk lady was very blunt and rude for no reason. We read that the instruction was apart of our 2 hour tour so it was confusing that they were saying it was not. 2pm was posted all over our email as i will include below. nothing in the description about the 45 minutes. it took me 15 minutes to find that detail in the fine print in tiny font at the very bottom. its like they were trying to hide it. after reading many reviews its clear that this happens a lot to people and they do NOT refund anyone including our $800. regardless of if it was intentional it was a simple miscommunication and our group shouldnt have left till 2. they told us they “might” rebook us in another tour or provide an atv tour or walking tour instead of the horse one but in the end NOTHING, no rebook or anything despite us trying many times. Very dissapointing to know that they treat there customers like that despite me talking highly of there tours.

We did the 2 hour raptor utv tour today and I had such an amazing time I am at my resort leaving this review right now. We did the tour with Roy and Paulo and they were truly amazing. The tour was at 9 am and we arrived 45 minutes early as instructed to check in, fill out waivers, and check out the gift shop of course. When the tour started Roy walked us through the tour and what the vehicles would be like. The ranch itself is absolutely stunning and a definite must see. Roy’s super CGI dinosaur is non negotiable if you take the tour with him. It was amazing to learn about the culture that shaped the lands as well as the movies filmed there. My only critique would be for guests: MAKE SURE YOU TIP! We were in a group of 7 cars and we were the only ones who tipped. If you enjoy the tour please tip your guides! There is even an atm in the store if you don’t have cash because i get it, it is 2026. Definitely do this if you have the time and resources!

We took the 3 hour e-bike tour. It was great until the very end when the tour guide decided to take us down a path that he said he wasn’t allowed to bring guests down. I was the first one down, and my bike hit a pot hole and a rock. My bike literally stopped in its tracks and the back tire popped up and threw me off. I landed so hard on the rocks, that my palm ripped open down to the muscle and tendons and my entire right side of my body was tore up and bruised. The guide took me up to the road to take the pictures so that he wouldn’t get in trouble. I ended up in the ER with stitches and a big hole in my hand with no skin covering it, since they had to cut my skin off because it was so mangled. I have emailed the company twice, and they haven’t responded. It’s been 2 weeks since the accident, and I still don’t have the use of my hand. If they would have at least contacted me to check up on things, I wouldn’t be leaving this review. The rest of my vacation was ruined and my day to day since we’ve gotten home has been very difficult. I wish I wouldn’t have ever gone to this ranch!!

속상하다. 나는 재 시간에 도착했는데 버스가 떠났다고 대체버스도 없고 다시 사야한다고했다. 속상한마음에 기분이나빴지만 티켓직원중에 남자가 인상을 쓰면서 우리에게말을해서 그것도 기분나빴다. 오늘하루 여행스케쥴에 문제가 생겨서 너무 속상하다..
