一番人気のバギーは、ただ乗ってるだけだったのに2人で5万だった！！しかも、待ち時間4時間！！待ちくたびれたし、楽しくなかった！！！ぼったくり価格！！ クアロアランチ周辺は何も無い！！待ち時間が勿体無く1日無駄に過ごしたよ(ｰｰ;)

Worth WVERY penny! If you pass this up you might miss the most special memory of your trip! Our New Jersey family of 4 did the Kualoa Raptor tour and it was unbelievably memorable. Check in was easy and quick and they provided helmets goggles and a gator to protect you from dust and you do need it….prepare to walk away dirty and dusty but nothing terrible. Our Guides Chase and Raymond were the best guides you could have dreamed of. Fun, safe, knowledgeable and just really good people you wanted to grab a drink with. The ranch is the most beautiful scenery I have seen in my life. It’s magical. Tons of animals roaming around and the Raptor vehicles were easy and fun to drive and well maintained. Our boys 12 and 14 didn’t want it to end. Thank you @Chase and @Raymond for taking such great care of us, we won’t forget this.

I visited Kualoa Ranch during my birthday weekend, and unfortunately, it ended up being a really disappointing experience. I had booked an activity that I was genuinely excited for and even weighed myself beforehand to make sure I met the weight requirements. When I arrived, their scale showed I was just a few pounds over, so I wasn’t allowed to participate—which I understood. Safety is important, and I wasn’t asking to go on the tour against policy. What I did ask for was a refund for something I physically wasn’t allowed to do. I explained the situation, shared that I had already weighed myself in advance, and mentioned it was my birthday weekend. Instead of issuing a refund, they offered to switch me to another tour—but I had already done a tour the day before. I politely declined and reiterated that I simply wanted my money back for the unused booking. They still refused to give a refund, even though I received nothing in return. No alternative that made sense, no partial credit, just a firm “no.” I wasn’t being difficult—I just didn’t think it was fair to be charged for something I couldn’t participate in. It really ruined part of what was supposed to be a special weekend. I left feeling dismissed and frustrated, not because I couldn’t do the activity, but because they had zero flexibility or compassion in how they handled the situation. I expected better from a place that advertises itself as a top destination. I wouldn’t recommend Kualoa Ranch to others based on how this was handled.

We had a great time on the Raptor UTV tour, our tour guide was great. He was fun, had a positive attitude and had jokes. The area is beautiful, it was a little dusty out because it hadn't rained much but they do give you "complimentary" gator face coverings. The suspension on the UTV was super smooth, I was trying to hit the bigger bumps but it didn't seem to matter, it was still a smooth ride.

We did the ultra e-bike ride with Rachel and it was one of the highlights of our time in Oahu. I can't emphasize how awesome the ride was, how breathtaking the scenery was and how riding with Rachel made the time. She is positive, vibrant and kind. I hope the owners of Kualoa Ranch know how lucky they are to have her working there. 10/10

We did the movie set tour The guide was amazing!!!! Her name was Sunshine I believe!! If I could give a million stars i would. The beauty of this place is amazing, sunshine made it the best experience ever !! ❤️
