If I could give this place a 0 star I'd do it with a smile. I give them 1 star due to the fact the zip line was more fun than the UTV also faster in my opinion. The zip line staff was amazing. I forget the guys names however I do remember the lady's name her name is MAC. Great people to do zip line with (the zip lines were faster than UTVs). However doing the UTV we had to rely on Tyler the other group to show us the sights. My problem with this establishment is a few things. Daniel (horrible utv personel...maybe this jobs not for him) our tour guide was more concerned with keeping his Instagram influences clean YOURE ON A UTV RIDE YOURE GOING TO GET DUSTY... Why sacrifice the crew of UTVs at 5mph when y'all say 15 mph and or stay one raptor length away. There was times where we did 5mph or less ... My problem is this when we talked to KAWIKA. About the issue he professed that "I'm a military man with integrity we will contact you tomorrow" guess what this "integrity" guy KAWIKA has 0 integrity. I would have respected him more had he called and just said we have a no refund policy. However no phone call to communicate anything.....Say what you mean and mean what you say that's just my opinion. However I could be completely wrong. I've definitely told everyone I know don't go here if you want to be let down by UTVs. Also there's people I know that are coming to the island and told them to spend money elsewhere. In my opinion dealing with corportized business they care about making money rather than the experience I'm sure they'll book a "new movie" to differ the costs of anyone from the main land. When KAWIKA told my mom Im a man of integrity I'll call you in the morning. I knew he was just blowing smoke... And that's shameful for being a "military" man as he claimed with a grin....

My husband and I waited the last minute to book the UTV Raptor tour, so by the time we booked they only had the ride along option left. We decided to book anyway, and we’re so glad we did because we had the absolutely best time!! Our guide was Johnny, and not only was he funny and outgoing but extremely informative. He made the tour so much fun! I would recommend doing the ride along with the guide, as we were able to get our own VIP tour with extra stories, and could ask all the questions we wanted.

My family of 9 did the 2 hour ATV Raptor Tour. The check in process was super easy and everything is very well organized. What an experience… beautiful ranch, great ride, and an amazing tour guide. I highly recommend you request Bobby as your guide. He was so fun and had so much knowledge of the ranch. He truly made us appreciate our experience.

My husband and I just did the 3-Hour Private UTV Ride Along Tour. Our driver/tour guide, Ku’u was excellent. She was very informative, she gave us so much history, which we loved and took us lots of photos. The views you see are breathtaking. Excellent tour that was very enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommend!

Our family of 4 did the Novice eBike tour of Kualoa Ranch with our guide Tarrin and it was a highlight of our vacation. The ranch backdrop is breathtaking—no photos or images can do it justice. We’ve been to Oahu many times and this was our first visit to the ranch and I regret not having visited in the past. These views on ranch lands can not be seen from the main roads of Oahu. This eBike tour was also the cleanest of all the tours, we did not have to wear a dust mask. Huge shoutout to our guide Tarrin who shared so much history and stories about the island. He was patient with my kids and I and answered all of our cheesy questions. Thank you for this memorable experience!

We visited Kualia Ranch today. There was a mix up with the bus it did not pick us up from our Hotel in Waikiki. We had to run 500m to another hotel and caught the bus just in time. Once at the ranch we were booked on the E- mountain bike extreme tour. It was a great 3 hours. The bikes were good (Trek Rail) the scenery and tracks were great. Out tour guide (Kai) was amazing. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Apart from the bus problem our tour was a great one. There is so much more you could do on the Ranch you could easily fill 2 days.

I've done two tours of Kualoa Ranch and both were incredible. I can't recommend this place enough. The staff is great and it's some of the most breath taking views in the world. Money well spent! I will visit everytime I'm in Oahu!
