Wonderful way to see DC at night
Very informative and enjoyable tour. Reggie, our tour leader, was wonderful and really brought a personal touch to the tour. Also, the blankets were a very nice touch.

Amazing personalized experience!
We had such a wonderful time with Oku, right from the start he was so welcoming, friendly and helpful! It was just the two of us that morning and we started with some history of Japan, seeing the theater and learning about the kabuki. It was a cold day so he even gave us little hand warmers to keep warm since much of the tour is outside (dress warm and wear comfortable shoes!) Oku showed us to so many gems of the fish market, covering the spectrum from strawberries to tamagoyaki to soybeans to matcha to dashi, kobe beef and tuna and more! We got to see behind the scenes action for so many spots, like where and how the tamagoyaki is made and some gigantic frozen tunas. All throughout Oku weaved in historical and current cultural information about Japan and was always hilarious, helpful and easy to understand. He even has explanatory photos, maps, and even models to help demonstrate. We tried everything in small, digestible quantities (would advise don’t come starving but come ready to taste). If you need coffee or more food along the way Oku will certainly oblige. He has friends everywhere in the market which makes visiting every stall so pleasant and easy! At the end we were able to see a shrine and learn about more Japanese culture before all having delicious sashimi and sake together. Overall we had such a lovely, unhurried time, learned so much and laughed so much. What a treasure of a tour! Thank you Oku!

Fun tour through Tsukiji market
Oku was our guide and he was so sweet! He took us to multiple places run by shopkeepers he knows, and clearly made an effort to explain the history behind the food and Tsukiji market. We saw a knife maker, a matcha producer, got to try tuna belly, and warmed up with dashi. Oku was so well prepared and thoughtful. Would recommend this tour!!

Brilliant way to understand the real Romania, a wonderful place
This was a brilliant way to understand more about Romanian culture and try some of the fabulous local delicacies. Our tour guide was just a lovely, fun and intelligent human being. Thank-you for your kindness, sharing your knowledge, helping us understand the real Romania and making our trip truly memorable Bogdan! We couldn’t eat all the food, there was so much and all of it was fabulous. Romania is a great place to visit and if you’re wondering whether to do this tour or not don’t hesitate, you won’t regret it.

Great experience
This was exactly as it was described. Was absolutely amazing and entertaining. The best way to get “everything” in and learn a lot. Would also be amazing to do first thing so you can learn all there is to go explore.

Taste unique food and learn about its history
We had a very friendly guide (chip) who explained a lot about the local food culture and history and even some about Nola's history in general. The group was small, the food was quite unique and plentiful (although I might need to mention that we are ezropeans and used to smaller portion sizes). We enjoyed it a lot and would recommend it to our friends.

Ho Chi Minh Cu Chi Experience
A great experience that takes you out of your comfort zone to understand the struggle and versatility of the Vietnamese people. Going through the tunnels was confronting but well worth it. Our tour guide Tan was not only knowledgeable but also entertaining. My husband and I had a fabulous time.

The most miserable tour experience I have ever had in my life
We took the moonlight tour of DC on 2/21/25. Our tour guide Reggie was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to make this a memorable tour. Having said that, the tour was a miserable experience. It was 19F outside and NOAA had issued a gale wind warning. Winds were about 21mph and the cart could travel up to 25mph. The tour cart was completely open sided. It offered no protection from the wind and cold. There was no heat. They did offer blankets but they were sorely inadequate even with several layers of warm clothing on. We were appropriately dressed in thick coats and several layers of clothing. I am re-submitting this review today with additional details because the company's public relations manager (Kiseda?) replied to the last one with a poor cookie cutter response which made us look like we were in the wrong. Reggie the tour guide had hand warmers but forgot to hand them out until near the end of the tour. The hand warmers did not work. Customer service also implied that we were not dressed appropriately with this response, "Please dress appropriately for seasonal weather conditions." I had on a t-shirt, a wool shirt, a thick hoodie and a thick coat and have never been so cold in my life. When you are driving in a completely open cart at 25mph directly into the wind which is blowing at 21mph that means 46mph winds are hitting you directly at 19F. It was absolutely miserable. I could not have predicted that this was going to happen and also did not have time to do so 24 hours in advance. While Reggie was very knowledgeable, I could not focus on what he was saying due to the cold and the wind. Trying to keep warm took my entire focus. I do not remember a thing about what he told us about the history of DC. If I could go back in time I would cancel this tour and do it during more appropriate weather. I trusted the tour operators to know what they are doing and to provide a safe and comfortable environment for their customers. That trust was misplaced. It was basically two hours of torture, interspersed with some interesting facts. Our tour guide even said that several other people had left the tour part way through during similar weather conditions. When you are driving into the wind The public relations manager also said in their response to reach out to customer service. We have already done that and quoting their response, "We have available cancellations up to 24 hours in advance – which we believe to be enough time for each traveller". We did not arrive in DC until less than 24 hours before the tour. We had been travelling the entire day prior so was not checking to make sure this tour was going to be ok. Customer service did nothing to make this right. So while she said to reach out to customer service, it was a futile exercise to do so. I highly recommend you stay away from this company and their tours. They did offer us a 15% discount on our next tour but that would mean giving them more money and I absolutely refuse to do so. 15% off a second tour when the first was a complete waste of money is an insult. Customer service also said "On your tour, we did have 6 people – including yourself- and the 2-hour duration, we are sorry to learn that you felt the impact of the seasonal weather." The other people on the tour were also deeply cold and miserable and wished they had not gone on the tour. If they had talked to them, they would have known that. Stay away from this tour company.

Amazing Boston City Tour
We signed up for this tour to see as much of Boston as we could in a day. This tie did not disappoint. We started with some great food gems in the Italian North End area - the food was delicious, we went to a hidden bakery for some bread, they are open 24 hours, then we went for coffee and a cannoli which were out of this world. We ordered cappuccinos and the chocolate on top of the foam was caramelized, so good!!! The cannoli was tasty too. Then we stopped by an Italian salumeria for a delicious deli sandwich, followed by a stop Stan OG pizzeria for a slice of pizza. Along the way and thru the rest of the tour to Beacon Hill we learned all about the famous historic spots along the Freedom Trail. The one thing that made this tour so fantastic was our tour guide Molly Mitchell who was so knowledgeable, energetic and engaging. Thank you Molly for an amazing day in Boston. We highly recommend this tour which combined great eats and sights!
