Faciliter d’utilisation, par contre il faudrait étendre l’amplitude des réservations car 10 jours par exemple pour les observatoires c’est un peu trop restreint…

I wasn't able to use my pass. I called customer service repeatedly and it took then days to help me. I ran out of time on my trip without being able to use my pass. I asked for a refund. my trip is over. I have returned home. still waiting for a refund. It doesn't seem like they are willing to provide a refund so I will have to go through my credit card, which won't be a problem.
