Go City Rome à bannir pour toujours,pire expérience du début à la fin avec l'intervention de GYG pour obtenir le lien de 2 Pass 3 activités pour 218€. 1)Bus up-on up-off avec l'entreprise Big Bus 48h ok de 81€, classique découverte. 2)Visite de la basilique St Pierre, accès à la coupole et petit déjeuner typique italien (jus de pomme en brique+1 croissant fourré)avec Voxcity.com pour 110€. Très belle visite tout de même. 3)Accès réservé au Colisée,au forum romain et mont Palatin avec guide par City Go: Réservation cahotique depuis le site pour 36€. Interlocuteurs par wattsapp ok mais plus personne lorsque que sur place du RDV il n'y a pas de guide. Nous avons échangé plus d'1 heure mais d'un coup silence radio. Nous visite de Rome s'est terminée sur cette touche négative car le Colisée est l'une des plus belles attractions de Rome. GYG a pris le relais pour finalement nous rembourser 18€*2 Pass. Bilan des 3 activités: 232€ si achat solo pour des Pass à 218€et 4h de perdues.CQFD

Purchased the Go City 4 attraction pass for our 2 days in London and it worked out beautifully for my family. We all took a walking tour of London (we were so lucky as it was the day before The Emperor and Empress of Japan's visit and we were able to witness the practice run of the horse guard parade) and went up to The Shard for sunset. Some of us toured West Minister Abbey & Tower Bridge while others choose to tour the soccer stadiums. The pass offers lots of options.

A fuir absolument
A fuir absolument pour le Pass de Rome. Difficultés sur la réservation, difficultés d'échanger avec leur partenaire, activité pas conforme au programme. Difficultés pour obtenir réparations avec leur partenaire ITALY PASS comme GO CITY qui renvoi la balle GO CITY Rome est une catastrophe. Les économies en frais et en temps ne sont pas du programme Achat de 2 Pass pour 182€ 3 activités ( Bus, Colisée AVEC guide, basilique St Pierre) au lieu de 236€ mais des heures de perdues à utiliser leur application, obtenir des billets ou ne jamais voir venir le guide de l'activité. Pire expérience vecue.

Pass très pratique pour visiter simplement
Au top, vue magnifique depuis les observatoire, musée Mme Tussaud très sympa. New-York regorge de lieux tellement différents et incroyables.

Una delle spese peggiori mai fatte. OmniaCard totalmente inutile, usata giusto due volte. Avessi comprato i biglietti separatamente avrei risparmiato tantissimo e avrei avuto esperienze complete anziché acquistare altri biglietti per poterci riuscire. Ah c'è scritto pass per il Vaticano e mi sento dire dal personale che questa card non ha alcuna validità per loro, mettetevi d'accordo (sto ancora cercando l audioguida per San Pietro!). Roma pass un tantino meglio ma essendo cartaceo è di una scomodità inaudita, considerando che devi prestare attenzione a mille cose nel 2025 la si potrebbe anche rendere virtuale. Questa è la seconda volta che uso questo sito/app e per ben due volte mi sento truffato. Distallerò e mi terrò alla larga, grazie. P.S. unica nota positiva l app per l'audioguida di Roma, ma solo quella non vale 150€.

We enjoyed the attractions in the GoCity App however based on the time of year we traveled (November 2024) there were attractions that we couldn't use based on closures likely due to it being low tourist season. Overall the app was easy to use and we enjoyed the feature where it would help plan based on the things you wanted to do.
