David is an.amazing owner/tour guide!! So knowledgeable about Alaska’s history and shared so much information! During our 6 hr tour, we saw so many wonderful varieties of Alaskan wildlife! Sharing facts about the Alaskan topography and animals as we were driving made the whole experience one of a kind!! If you are traveling to Anchorage, you need to book a tour through Frontier Tours!! You will not be sorry!!

My mom and I did the Alaskan dog sled experience in Willow. We had an amazing time! Our guide was incredibly friendly, helpful, and engaging. He shared a wealth of knowledge about the Alaskan wilderness and the dogs, explaining everything in such an articulate and interesting way. It made the experience not only fun but also educational. The dogs were amazing to see up close, and you could tell how passionate and caring the team is. We would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting Alaska!

How could I ever start to describe this fantastic tour and our incredible guide David!! The tour stops were so well thought out and David’s commentary along the way made this an unforgettable experience. David’s knowledge about Anchorage and his presentation was first class. I arranged a tour for 7 people and he accommodated us comfortably in his 12 person spotless comfortable van. Highly highly recommended!

Excellent tour of Anchorage with David as our guide. He was extremely informative and knowledgeable of the city, using a conversation style to describe the history and fun facts of Anchorage. His tour vehicle was very comfortable and clean tour vehicle. Crystal clear windows to see everything David talks about. When booking an Anchorage city tour, David’s tour should be your choice!!

David was a great host and driver for our dogsled tour in Willow. He was a font of information on Alaska and dogsledding, having been a volunteer for the Iditarod himself. I highly recommend both Frontier Tours and their partner, Alaskan Husky Adventures.

Trip was fantastic, a great day. David went above and beyond and provided a wonderful itinerary. Time was well managed but also flexible, enhancing the experience. For example, a few extra minutes at the bear exhibit or an additional stop at a glacier with the 10 minutes we had prior to the wildlife center opening. Highly recommend touring with David.

Outstanding! So much more than just a “city tour.” Not your typical boring bus tour. David takes you to 4 interesting spots in Anchorage that we would not have seen on our own. He shared Alaska’s history while allowing us to get out of the van and experience the sites, not just look at them. So glad we booked with David and Frontier Tours. It was a real treat seeing Anchorage through his eyes.

Frontier’s Alaska Wildlife Center & Mt Aleyeska Tram Tour - The tour and our tour guide were amazing. David’s knowledge of and love for Alaska clearly showed. The van we traveled in was immaculate, windows were crystal clear, and snacks and water were even provided. Communication with Frontier before the tour was easy and David was prompt in responding to texts and emails. I would recommend this tour to anyone - if I ever make it back to the 49th state, I would definitely book another tour with David/Frontier.
