Nighttime View was Awesome
The night time view was terrific. This is my second visit. First time was during the day. The beauty of the night time skyline was breathtaking. Charisma in the gift shop was an awesome cashier and capped the visit off wonderfully.

The King Kong area as you walked to get to the elevators was great for pictures The views were very nice. On both the 86th and 102nd floors

Absolute joke of a business! No customer service at all!
I have never in my life experienced more unprofessional employees! We were dropped off at the exit and when we walked in the guy that was there was an absolute a-hole..when I asked a question he repeated himself about it being the exit saying “welcome to the exit” not answering any questions. Then we get to the picture kiosk and there was an issue. Only 4 pictures got made instead of the usual 10-15 or so. They wanted us to go all the way down to retake photos and then come all the way back up to get them. It was 9o’clock and my son was extremely ready to go back to the hotel. I asked if they could discount it or just give us our magnets and the Asian guy was extremely rude and said absolutely not. Did not offer anything to say sorry for any inconvenience. Wasn’t friendly was just like another robot. The same goes for most of the people at the elevators. Save your money! You’ll leave pissed off and it’ll ruin your day! Extremely unprofessional business!

Terrible customer service and items
Legit went here was super excited staff was super rude we got the professional pictures from the people who work here then went up to get the photos and only let us get 4 of the 20 photos that was actually took and couldn’t get them back and they only offered retakes to go all the way down and come all the way up and redo it and it really affected a Hispanic person in our family who dreamed of coming here all the way from Mexico and ruined our experience truly 0 stars
