Still the best views!!
Excellent sunset views of NYC. Still the best and original. Much prefer it to The Edge and Summit as it’s extremely nostalgic.

The whole experience was everything and more! Very well organised all the staff are super friendly and helpful! This is a must do in New York.. the views were breathtaking a lifetime dream for us simply amazing!

Fabulous. If your in New York Empire State Building is an absolute must. Any problems ask for Sharon B.
We pre booked our tickets from Scotland. When we arrrived for our tour 1st April all our tickets had separate times and dates on them and would not work. Contacted provider and they were not helpful at all. HOWEVER. Sharon B at the ticket office was absolutely amazing she helped us with everything contacted her boss and managed to get it all sorted we had THE BEST time ever at Empire State Building and New York. Also the man who was emptying bins was amazing to and helped us too. Thank you Sharon you were amazing and so was the man. Savannah from Scotland

Great experience
We went on a Saturday at 3pm and there were no queues at all, we got around the exhibit easily and the 86th floor was fairly busy but not so packed that it was hard to get good photos. Staff friendly. The exhibit on the 80th floor was very well done and we loved the video in the lift going up!

Must see in NYC
We loved the Empire State Building! The staff were all very friendly and the views were great! There was a lady up on the observation deck who was happy to share information with us about different buildings we were seeing and tell us the best spot for photos.
