A must do.
Iconic art deco building including the interior well worth visiting. Pre book and basically walk in. Staff guide you through the whole experience. Fantastic vies above the city as you will expect. To me this offers more due to its history compared to other modernist clinical buildings. Must visit.

Beautiful
It wasn’t necessary to upgrade to VIP express lane. Waste of money. Beautiful views though. Totally worth going, but not the upgrade. But then again, maybe I hit a slow day.

Great tour; wonderful guide
Our Empire State Building visit was amazing. Renita made us feel special from the moment we walked in the door onto the red carpet. She shared the history of the building, showed us all the beautiful interior details and materials, from the original to the most recent restoration. She took us through the museum showing the workmanship that went into the construction and gave us an understanding of the times and people who put so much of themselves into the creation of this magnificent skyscraper at a difficult time in US history building it record time. We went to the observation decks and Renata helped us identify landmarks across the city. She knew all the perfect picture taking spots and angles throughout our tour. We were so lucky to get to know Renata and were inspired and deeply touched by the pride she felt sharing this spectacular place with us.

We went at 9.30pm and the views were amazing. It’s not huge at the top so can get quite busy

Amazing view
It was my first trip to New York, so I decided to visit this famous building. I avoided peak hours and did not have to queue and wait to go up. Before climbing up to the observation deck, you can learn history of the building. It is amazing how the construction was done in old era. The view from the deck was beautiful, looking over the Manhattan. It is bit scary though because of the height. It is recommended for the first timer in NY.

Amazing experience with outstanding staff
We had such a wonderful experience at the Empire State Building Observation Center. Everything was smooth, organized, and enjoyable from start to finish. The views were incredible, of course, but what really made the visit stand out was the staff. Evan, the manager, was especially helpful and made sure our experience went smoothly. He was professional, kind, and clearly cared about making guests feel welcome. Every elevator attendant we met was also fantastic — kind, funny, helpful, and full of good energy. They made the experience feel even more special and kept everything moving with a smile. Overall, this was a memorable and positive visit. The Empire State Building is iconic for a reason, but the staff truly made it shine. Highly recommend!

Had amazing views from the 86th floor. I'm glad we done it but wouldn't do it again. It was over very quickly after starting. Didn't feel it was worth the money to be honest.
