Awesome Experience on so many levels!
We were there about 40 years ago and the improvements blew me away. the way they set everything up etc....outstanding. From the minute you get on the elevator the experience begins....awesome job. Everyone should do this!

Si buscas vistas a buen precio esta es tu opción
La vista desde un rascacielos es algo que se debe hacer en un viaje a NYC, me agradó el hecho de que el boleto no está tan caro y lo compré horas antes de visitarlo, también me agradó el hecho de que no había filas y eso que fui en fin de semana, todo lo relacionado a King Kong me gustó, desde la locación para foto/video hasta el Kong Sundae y los Souvenirs. Lo que si no me encantó fue que arriba es muy pequeño en comparación con otros y solo había 1 baño de hombres, ya se imaginarán la fila.

Tutto perfetto, eviti la biglietteria ed entri subito. Siamo stati al tramonto e ne vale sicuramente la pena, importante che il tempo sia bello altrimenti non si riesce a vedere nulla.

Amazing!
Well worth going for the views. We did this tour during the day as we had previously done Top of the Rock in the evening so this was a good contrast. The building inside is nice as you would expect.

Outrageous fees!
The entrance fees are outrageous! For that, they make you get your own ticket at a so called “Kiosk”. Sorry, but for that amount of money I want more service from a professional, polite person. The Kiosk is charging up to more than a $ 100 to take an elevator to the observation deck. Outrageous! We were there on 05.10.2026, early afternoon and were treated very rudely by an African American women who was working behind the desk at the ticket sales area. Her coworker wasn’t much better. All in all a very bad experience!

We Were On Top Of The World, Or At Least NYC
Just arrived in NYC and knew we n ended to go to the Empire State Building, first thing. It was foggy at first, but it was beautiful, looking out over the city. The views were amazing. If you want to get a complete view of the city, you need to go here.

Very fun experience! Barely any wait time, security was quick, so many souvenirs to choose from, and a great view. Cashier Charisma’s customer service is absolutely amazing, she definitely lives up to her name.

I booked the 86th floor tour and it was well worth the money. To start off, I booked me and my partners tickets onsite with Sharon B. She was extremely friendly and helpful, and was one of the highlights of our experience. In addition, the 86 floor views were breathtaking. Overall highly recommend.

Great place to visit, iconic, excellent staff
Very easy to access use your printed tickets to access the viewing point. Great views, very well organised once inside, great flow to the whole attraction. The staff are really good .

Spectacular view
There was a lot of lead up to actually getting to the observation deck. The history of how the building was built was very cool. There weren’t many people in the building on the day we went so we moved pretty quickly. Overall great visit and the view cannot be beat

Excellent tour highly recommend if your a fan of the show.
Our guide John was so interesting to listen to he told us loads of facts about the show and was very friendly and engaging. The driver edwar was also a very safe driver we felt completely relaxed.
