Excellent views on a sunny day

We booked via Viator had our tickets before we arrived. Great staff helped and directed us and we did 80 and 86th floor. It was a great experience. Shame the photos taken on arrival were such poor quality. Loved the staff they were all friendly and seemed happy in their roles.

VIP tour is a great value

I keep rewriting this to get the right words but what it boils down to is that as great as the ESB is, the highlight of my time there was Renita, our guide. You can tell how much she loves the building and how much she is loved by those there. She has great knowledge of the building and surroundings and adds such charm to the tour. I had such a great time and Renita made it happen.

Don't use this company.

I've been attempting to get in touch with this company to reschedule the booking date, but unfortunately, I haven't received any response. I've made several calls, but no one has picked up. I even reached out to Viator for assistance, but they're also having trouble reaching the company. I wouldn't suggest this company since they seem to have communication issues.
