DON'T make a same day booking - Time was Changed, Refund was Denied!
This was a same day booking that I made while sitting at dinner. I requested an 8pm tour, but received a confirmation for 6:45pm. I was still sitting at dinner at 6:45. I contacted viator right away, they couldn't reach the tour operator, but assured me that I could cancel the tour and receive a refund since the time I requested was altered during the booking process. Then, and multiple times since then, the refund was refused. We DID NOT take this tour. Would have like to, but the time that was booked was changed during the Viator booking process.

Es hat alles gut geklappt, obwohl unglaubliche Menschemnassen mit unterwegs waren. Die Audioguide-Informationen waren gut und haben viel Hintergrundwissen vermittelt. Schade war, dass man sich auf Ellis Island nicht über die Insel bewegen konnte. Ausstellung usw. waren sehr informativ.

Very classic experience I’m pleased I did it however I preferred seeing the Empire State building in my view rather than from it. I’m really glad that we included this in our visit - it’s beautiful inside and outside I love seeing film posters showing which films it had been featured in.
