“TØP-notch experience!!
Experience was incredible! Even family members who were scared of heights, made it to the top and worked through it with such friendly people with great smiles. Admission fee was worth spending for the experience, even though we know it’s on the higher end. We know that it was worth it. Length of visit was just the right amount of time and allow us to get moving to see a couple other things that are famous in New York Atmosphere was astounding. I never got to see it before, but my wife said she never saw it like this when she went a long time ago. New exhibits or features in the lobby and on the way up and at the top were great additions from what I can tell. She mentioned the ticket price change for it compared to long ago makes sense compared to just walking in and the simple lines long ago. Crowd size was just right on such a perfect weather day and prime time of the day. Not sure what it would be like on the weekend! Staff, as mentioned, was so kind, clean and made the entire building feel safe and secure. I loved even getting to chat with a couple who have worked there for a long time and knew what it was like not only PRE-Covid days but also back when it didn’t have all the features and could explain changes through the decades.

Tickets included Only access up to 86 floor. To access glass floor on 102 we had to pay extra 40 USD per person. That’s a bit too expensive for for the standard rooftop view in many other capital cities like Sidney or Melbourne such a panoramic view access is half price.

Es war sehr schön. Waren am Nachmittag oben und konnten überall fantastisch sehen. Wir konnten unser Ticket problemlos umbuchen da unser eigentlich gebuchter Termin im Regen gewesen wäre. Direkt am Empirie State Building sind Terminals an denen man umbuchen kann. Top !
