Gran finale to end our trip !
Over all a great experience Monday morning perfect timing so happy to be able to do it we loved to go back sharing this experience with my granddaughter are lifetime memories .

Empire State of mind
The Empire State Building experience was fantastic! The purchase process was quick and seamless—tickets were easy to buy and we had no issues getting in. The self-guided tour was very well organized, with clear directions and just the right amount of information to keep things moving smoothly. We loved being able to explore at our own pace while still having an informative and enjoyable experience. The exhibits along the way were engaging, and of course, the views from the top were absolutely breathtaking! Everything about the process—from start to finish—was stress-free and efficient. What a view
The all access pass we had was great. We were able to skip the line a get right in. We had our start at the 2nd floor and went through the history of the building and the exhibits were very interesting and fun. We went up to the 80th floor and saw the city from the observation deck, what a spectacular view, not a cloud in the sky. We then went up to the 102nd floor, what a view. We enjoyed the experience and the amazing views we saw.

The view was good, but the staff was great!
Overall the tourist experience is up to what I expected and appreciated the history of the building construction. However towards of me and my friend's tour, we ran into a major inconvenience that the gift shop staff and security had to be involved in looking for a missing item. Charisma and Monet have been absolutely phenomenal in supporting my friend and I. 10/10 look for them!

Wonderful to have visited this iconic building. Fantastic view from upstairs - went to the 86th floor (possibility to go to higher floor). Great view of NYC from the top; not-to-be-missed!

Booking with Trip Advisor was my best decision! Katherine captured my grandchildren’s attention immediately.
My grandchildren were immediately captivated by Katherine our tour guide. She lead us through a massive crowd to the have a great view of the Statue of Liberty all the while giving us interesting and fun facts about NY and the history of the statue. From there we continued on to Ellis Island and once again Katherine kept their attention. She walked us through each room and explained the difficulties the immigrants faced as they sought out a life in America. Best tour we have ever taken!

J’ai été subjuguée ! Première fois pour moi à New York et ça restera mon observatoire préféré. Avec le CityPass nous avons pu le faire au premier créneau du matin et de nuit (magique !!).

Amazing. The 86th floor is outside the observatory, it was very crowded and windy I’m glad I also got the 102nd floor, totally worth it. An amazing experience.

Very nice. Went 30 mins before sunset, so got some lovely pics. It was cheaper to buy on Viator then getting tickets at the venue.

Sensazione incredibile
Bella esperienza tutto organizzato molto bene. Se si va la mattina presto c'è poca gente e si può godere meglio il panorama. Dall'86esimo piano si vede tutto non c'è bisogno di salire più in alto. Lo consiglio anche perché rispetto ad altre alternative permette di vedere l'interno di un edificio storico.

Empire Bldg at Sunset
Empire State Bldg at Sunset was wonderful. Snsetvwas at aporox 8:45pm and we got there at 7:00pm. I accidentally booked non refundable tickets and was not able to go but booked another reservation thru Marriott concierge sane day and it wss cheaper and easier. Empire SB museum is wonerful and worth spending some time.

Spent a fun afternoon here. You can buy tickets there which was helpful as we were not sure when it would fit into our schedule. Amazing views and the staff from getting your ticket, security, elevator rides, everywhere, kind and professional.

Storico edificio
Se si vuol vedere New York dall’alto e sicuramente uno storico edificio bisogna per forza visitare l’empire state building. Un pezzo della storia americana. All’86esimo piano si può uscire su un balcone e fare foto esterne. Non il più bello osservatorio di New York ma vale la pena.

Didn’t go further up after reading other reviews that you don’t get clearing view through the glass windows (but can’t advise on that. Our experience was fantastic.

Empire State Building/ Amazing Views and Great Customer Service
Our visit to the Empire State Building was wonderful! We went at night to see the city lights and the views were amazing! The inside of the building is also beautiful. We booked our passes using the CityGo Pass. I made a mistake in the booking process and Sharon at the Empire State Building immediately jumped in to help us. Her customer service was top notch and we were extremely grateful for her assistance.
