#1 Tourist Attraction in the World!
I took my wife to NYC for her first time. We had a list of things to do and see during our short visit. We were staying in Times Square but wanted to visit the Empire State Building and decide from there which part of the city we wanted to explore. The staff at the Empire State Building were amazing. Not your typical New Yorkers. They were all friendly and clearly seemed to love their jobs. We visited while it was slow but even if it was busy there were plenty of really great exhibits showing how the building was built many years ago. This would keep you busy during your wait to go upstairs. There was a very sweet lady on the top floor and she suggested that we walk to the WTC instead of Central Park. Her suggestion was just what we wanted! Congrats to the guy running the show, Devin. This place is amazing.

Fantastic views from the top
The best views of manhattan by far. From the start at the bottom up to the top was great with King Kong and as we had booked the 2 levels we had perfect views just stunning

managed to go up the Empire State thanks to the helpful assistance of Yolanda, who patiently and kindly convinced me and accompanied me all the way to the top. I suffer from claustrophobia and thought I wouldn’t be able to do it, but Yolanda helped me so much! I 100% recommend the visit!! Totally worth it!!!

Good tour loved the views. Was unable to get tickets to come.up on Viator kept sending me in a circle but the staff assisted us.

Spectacular Views
I had the privilege of taking a solo tour of the Empire State Building with Renita Edmond and it was one of the best experiences of my trip. Too commercialised
We purchased the express tickets which were a complete waste of money. We still ended up with everyone else and it wasn't any quicker. Yes the views were amazing and the 2 floors we were allowed on were nice to see but the whole experience was just too commercialised and not something we would do again.

Top of the Apple
It was very cool! The King Kong stuff in the museum was cool. The observation deck on the 86th floor was iconic. Then the 102nd floor was absolutely breathtaking!
