Baghat is the best tour guide. He protects us from scammers. He took good care of us and makes sure we have water. He even volunteers to take photos of us. The dinner cruise was great, the food was good, with beautiful views. Our driver picked us up right on time, and our tour guide, Alaa Elafify, was knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel comfortable and safe throughout the experience. He ensured our booking, got us a great table, and even waited at the dock for two hours to personally escort us back to our hotel! A smooth, enjoyable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I had a great day trip to Alexandria today with Emo tours. Our driver Ali Mohamed, was really very friendly, attentive, kind, and really cool. Our driver was Ali Mohamed, and if I could give him more than five stars, I absolutely would. He showed up at 6:30 AM full of energy, and somehow had that exact same positivity and enthusiasm at 8 PM after spending the entire day with us. Ali brought so much joy to our trip—he was incredibly accommodating, flexible, and genuinely fun to be around. I’ve been on many shared tours, but he was by far the best company I’ve ever had, even though he wasn’t our guide. If Ali is assigned to you, consider yourself lucky—he’ll make sure you’re smiling, comfortable, and having a great time from start to finish. He truly goes above and beyond, and he definitely deserves a raise.
