My parents and I had a great time exploring the history and the insides of the Pyramids. Hazem, our guide, did a phenomenal job of taking care of us, expediting our process, and showing us all the details in and around the pyramids. Wonderful host and an amazing tour done right. Can't recommend Hazem enough, amazing guide and incredibly knowledgeable who also turned out to be an amazing photographer. He really helped make today's tour extra special for our Egypt trip. We stayed in nubian village. The driver is only the messenger but I felt that the tour company had forwarded messages to the driver who was on time but incorrect pick up location so instead we left at 420 not 4am. I understand they work via pin location but we sent this 3 times to the tour company and they still got the location incorrect. He was outside but maybe should have messaged to say he was outside, we had to message the tour company at 4am and it was only then realised he was at the wrong location. But the driver was safe had a nice car very clean, he was respectful and kind. No English but managed to communicate via translate. Left at 420 and back around 130ish. Driver was good but communication with Emo Tours was terrible
