Borghese Gallery with guided tour

Our tour guide Irene was souch a lovely guide! She explained everything in great and understandable way giving us stories of selected pieces. She made experience interactive with asking us questions eg. if we know something about art piece. She was lovely and engaging really giving us full experience of beautifull Borghese Gallery. Very accommodating.

I can’t say enough about the tour operator. We didn’t make it to the meeting point on time due to getting caught in a metro strike that started earlier than planned. They sent us the electronic tickets so that we could still benefit from the skip the line entry and the link to an audio guide so we could do the tour on our own.

The museum that speaks to me

My favorite museum! They started us on the top floor with the paintings and we worked our way down building to the Bernini sculptures. It was luck of the day…some groups started down and worked up. That is what I had done in the past.

Highly recommend!

Highly recommend this skip the line experience. The Vatican is so crowded! It’s totally worth every penny to pay for the skip the line and small group tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Very nice intermezzo

It was a very nice trip out of Rome from a day,worth while the long traveltime. Island is beautiful and swimming in the clear waters was very nice. Perfect day between the busy days in Rome as a tourist Lunch was very simply but plenty of wine available. Do mind the extra cost of 60 euro for the ferry

Fantastic Tour!

We had a fantastic tour and our guide Alberto was very very knowledgable! Our experience would not have been the same without our guide as there is much history, religion, architecture, art knowledge needed to be know to fully experience all the church as to offer. 100% would recommend!

An amazing experience.

This is one of the most beautiful places that i've got to visit since being here in rome. The sheer magnitude of everything that was there is just amazing. And every 25 years, they open up the holy door for people to walk through and be forgiven for all their sins. This just happened to be that year so I got to do that, and it was an amazing experience.

Tanya was AMAZING, she was so knowledgeable, patient and really knew how to navigate the crowds!!! We had a 10 and 7 year old with us and even they were able to connect with her.

Best way to see the Vatican museum, Sistine Chapel and St Peter’s Basilica

Fantastic to have Riccardo who not only was an expert on Michelangelo and Raphael but also knew the Vatican museum, Sistine chapel and St Peter’s Basilica like the back of his hand. We’d been here before but didn’t really understand what we were looking at and had to queue for hours but with Riccardo we learned so much and skipped all the queues.

The tour covered the galleries and of the areas we covered the tour guide seemed knowledgeable and helped connect the group to the various pieces. Unfortunately, our specific guide wasn’t very friendly and poked fun at some members of the group for being Canadian and not being able to keep up (not me). I’m sure the tour would have been more enjoyable with a different guide.

First and best tour experience!

Loved how organized the tour was. Our group was small and our tour guide was amazing at doing everything possible for us to get great pictures. She was very kind and energetic. She was very informative and knowledgeable of all that history and you could tell she loved sharing the stories with us! ❤️ I wish I could remember her name. She is amazing!!
