Ok Tour…
Not worth the value of money that we paid. First of all, we could not really understand the Tour guides accent. This was very strong, so we could not really hear everything. He was trying to explain to us. He was going so fast that it was hard to keep up with what he was trying to say, as well as try to understand the accent. I thought that we were gonna be able to go into the Basilica and also see the tomb of the popes. But he left us and we had to do all that on our own, so we only did the Sistine Chapel and the vatican museum, even though we paid for the basilica as an option. So I will say that it would have been better for us to do it ourselves than to pay this amount of money for what we got.

The agency didn't honor our tour and mislead us. There were others in the group that had the same experience left They only took us to St. Peter's Basilica. They said the museums and Sistine Chapel weren't included. Our reservations said all 3 were included. You can visit the Basilica without paying or a guide. I'm very disappointed with Viator we will not recommend them.

Great Tour
Marcello, our guide, was excellent. He was very friendly and patient, and he needed it with an annoying mom who tried to use the tour as her classroom, taking away from the other tourists. His knowledge surpasses that of anyone else I have used.

Good art tour.
Very communicative tour company that advised us of everything we needed to know and more. The guide was knowledgeable and did not rush us. The tour is great to see the art and history of the Vatican. At the Sistine chapel you are let loose for the rest of your adventure. So really you could stay inside as long as you want. Too bad no photos in the Sistine chapel any more. Very enjoyable tour.

I’ve booked multiple attraction tickets with other companies while in Rome and this company was the best one. They were very polite and informative. They made sure we understood all the information, had the self guided audio app downloaded and working. I thoroughly enjoyed the audio guide, it walked me through each step and was very easy to follow. I highly recommend booking with this company and I would book them again as well. Señor Rizzi made our Vatican and Sistine Chapel tour unforgettable. He didn’t just share facts, he brought the history, the art, and the stories of Rome to life. His knowledge is incredible, yet he explained everything in such an engaging and friendly way. We walked away feeling inspired and truly amazed. We couldn’t have asked for a better guide and we highly, highly recommend him!

Would Recommend
Learned a lot from Eddy (our tour guide) in this tour. He was very informative and he also made it fun. He gave us enough time to take pictures. The tour itself allowed for quicker access. Particularly the Palatine Hill/Roman Forum. Colosseum was a marvel. The access to the arena was definitely worth it.

Our guide Eddy was simply perfect. He was enthusiast, knowledgable and inspiartional. Even our thirsty and hungry teenagers were keeping up with the tour. We learned new insights about Bernini and the baroque style👌

Expensive but informative
Riccardo was a very knowledgeable guide and offered great insights. Honestly thought the experience was a little overpriced at $200 each for the Vatican and Sistine chapel but the experience itself was enjoyable
