Ricardo is the best. Wow. The level of knowledge of every detail of the Vatican was incredible. Also we were travelling with a 1 year old and he was over the top considerate and helpful. 100% recommend. Will be booking again with this company for the other parts of Rome.

Great experience, please...
Great experience, please be aware if you’re conscious of mobility that there are a lot of steps. We visited in January so relatively quiet but still a lot of the rooms were very busy and difficult to navigate. The guide was lovely but rushed through a few areas perhaps to manage the length of the tour. A lot of explanation in depth was done outside in the rain when several members of the group did not have umbrellas or rainwear. Also please notify people that the route is not circular - when leaving items in the cloakroom I.e. backpacks, large coats, large umbrellas we had to walk all the way back around outside in the rain and find the cloakroom ourselves which was about a 20 minute walk.

Colloseum trip
Donatella was an amazing guide. So full of interesting information with a bubbly personality. She took everyone's needs to heart( even toilet breaks). Would recommend her any time

Vatican museum tour
Lot of walking. Lots of steps. We'll worth the visit. Absolutely stunning. We did not have a guide but found it very informative and visually beautiful. The Vatican museum is just amazing. The sistine chaple has all been said before.

Knowledgeable and humorous - that is how I'd describe Oscar. He brought the tour to life and it was really an eye-opening experience at the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel! Can't imagine if I had gone alone and walked through some of the artefacts without knowing the history behind it. So: 1. Please join this tour - you won't regret it!; and 2. Ask for Oscar!

Vatican City is worth doing at least once. Impressive and extensive art collection (you literally can’t see the whole thing in one day, this tour gets you the best of the collection) as well as into the holiest place on earth for Roman Catholics via a skip the line process into Sistine Chapel. Check off another country while in Italy, walk distance from Rome.

Amazing, breathtaking views with a wonderful, witty guide!
Great tour with a great guide. Frederica was very informative and also funny! I believe that a great guide knows their facts and also has a personality with their own opinions (positive or negative) on things instead of only just saying facts. She had those great qualities! The views were great in the chapel with beautiful art and sculptures. The basilica was breathtaking, never seen anything like it.

Extremely Informative and Helpful Tour
Adriano was an amazing tour guide--really knowledgeable and helped us navigate the large crowds with ease. We got to spend a fair amount of time in each of the highlights and we could hear everything really well through the provided audio headsets. Two tips: 1) initially when entering the Vatican Museum, there are lines but they move quickly--this is not the line you are paying to skip. You are going to be very happy that you went on this tour and skipped the line to enter the Vatican itself. You will see a long line of tourists waiting in St. Peter's Square toward the end of the tour waiting to get into the cathedral. By going on this tour, you get to avoid all of that! 2) There are a couple of spots where the audio might cut out if you get too separated from the guide--this is unavoidable because of the amount of concrete between you. If this happens, just hasten to catch up to the guide. If memory serves, this was going through the rooms just prior to the Sistine Chapel.

Great Guide at the Vatican Museum matters!
We enjoyed seeing the Vatican Museum so much more with our tour guide Marcello! His knowledge was priceless, as the museum can be overwhelming with all there is to see and the crowds. The meeting point was easy to find. You definitely want a great guide at the Vatican Museum and Marcello with EcoArt was ours!
