Their organization is excellent; they clearly indicate where to stand, making them easy to locate. We proceeded immediately without any wait. I would simply suggest downloading the app beforehand to ensure the audio is available upon arrival. The app download size is approximately 153 MB.

History, Laughs, and Secrets with Lindy!
Absolutely brilliant tour! Lindy was like a walking encyclopedia with a twist of stand-up comedy – who knew history could be this fun? We loved every second, from sneaky shortcuts to jaw-dropping facts - time travelers :D. We'll definitely be back to see what other secrets Lindy is hiding about the Vatican. Highly recommend

Great way to see the Vatican
I was recommended this by a friend and it didn’t disappoint. Super easy to use the tickets, easy to communicate with the team via WhatsApp. We saw the queues can get incredibly long so well worth buying the fast track. The app for audio tour worked well too.

Oscar was the most fantastic guide. Extremely knowledgeable, interesting, and made the tour a wonderful experience.
The 2.5 hour tour was perfect for us especially with such a good guide. We went in January, skipped all the queues and were in a group of max 20 people.

Lindy was our guide , she was good natured, had a good sense of humour. She was clear speaking and very knowledgeable :) It’s great to not have to queue, would recommend having a tour guide so not to miss anything and get the best information. Thanks Lindy :)

An amazing experience. Carlos we very knowledgeable and gave a lot of insightful information. Highly recommend. Coming in January meant no traffic and no queues.weatherwas good too.

Great guide but headphones need improvement
Glad we did the guided tour - the Vatican was huge and fantastic so it was nice to be pointed out certain pieces. The only complaint is the headphones - it was difficult to understand the guide almost half the time so I felt like we missed out on some historic information. Urs was great tho, just wish we caught everything he said.

Oscar was awesome! So knowledgeable, fun and entertaining. I can’t imagine attempting a visit here without the tour guide. It would be overwhelming!

Laura was an exceptional...
Laura was an exceptional guide. She spoke English well so we had no problem understanding her. She explained things in great details. Overall, a great tour that I recommend. One thing to note is that if you bring a long umbrella you'd have to leave it at the check in desk. The tour ends at the St. Peter's Basilica so you'd have to walk 10 mins back in the rain to get your umbrella back.

Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and gave us so much interesting knowledge that we would not have known if we were in our own. It was absolutely fabulous.

Canceled the day before.
The tour was canceled the day before because they did not have enough people . The offered a later time but it would not work for us. It took several texts and emails to get a refund. We only had one full day in Rome and a Colosseum tour booked in the afternoon. Disappointed.

Riccardo with EcoArt was absolutely fabulous! He is very knowledgeable and we learned so very much! Very informative and we moved through the areas at a nice pace. Did not feel rushed, had time for questions and pictures in areas permitted.
