We were late due to our...

We were late due to our cruise port delay but they were nice enough to send us our entry tickets. That was very much appreciated. We got to see everything except the inside of the church because we needed to be in a group. Again, not their fault since we were the ones that got there late. Thank goodness we were sent our ticket!

Worth the time!

The tour was very informative. Get ready to walk a lot and be dazzled by the museum and the Sistine Chapel. Finding the tour group meeting point was a bit hard, however they did give good directions on how to get there. Our tour guide Aiko was very nice. I would recommend this tour to everyone!

Highly recommend!! Our guide, Assunta, was wonderful!

Our semi-private guided tour included 10 people, (as promised) as well as our lovely guide Assunta. Her knowledge of each sight was extensive, and we really appreciated how throughout the duration of the tour she was determined to find the best spots for our group to see each sight in its entirety, allowing for plenty of time to sight see and take pictures. The guide included a voice amplifier device that we wore + a single cord earpiece that allowed us to hear Assunta clearly. Lovely experience, we highly recommend!

Favorite tour guide of trip

We had Martina as our tour guide earlier this week. We had some good tour guides this trip, but she was our favorite - funny and informative— she explained things before we saw them and made the experience more meaningful. The small group was nice as well. Whole hearted recommend this tour.

Vatican visit

Oscar was our guide for an amazing experience at the Vatican Museums. He showed us little things of import that we otherwise would not have seen. His overview of the Sistine Chapel was very useful and informative. His passion and knowledge made for an enjoyable visit. Thanks.

A Great Experience For First Time Visitors

Our tour and guide Martina was exceptional. Despite the chaos of the time we were there (shortly after Pope Francis passed and right before the Conclave) she made the tour interesting and was not deterred by the larger than usual crowds. She was intelligent, able to answer questions and had a great sense of humor. Due to the increased volume of visitors, we still had to wait to get into St. Peter's, but having the skip the line option for both parts of the experience was key to alleviating stress.

Great experience, I...

Great experience, I thought it was a little expensive as it seems that everyone has to take their cut. But Anna did a wonderful job and was so friendly. She seemed to really appreciate the gallery and the art.

Vatican museums and Sistine Chapel !

We were lucky and actually got to see the Sistine Chapel (since the conclave was done) which was amazing ! Skip the line is the only way to go, but just know that even though you skip the line, it will still be very crowded at the Vatican. Our guide Yamuna was so nice and very knowledgeable! We had an unforgettable experience !

Very small tour group with amazing guide!

Such a great tour! Daniele, our tour guide was the best! So knowledgeable, he made the tour feel like it was just us. My husband if a huge Gladiator fan and he said he got goose bumps when he walked in. My husband is also a history major and Daniele was able to answer every question he threw at him. - Would highly recommend!

Wonderful tour!

Absolutely wonderful tour! 5*! Would highly recommend to anyone coming to Rome!! Free time after tour to explore museum was the best! Martinia was our guide!

Not worth the money we paid

While our guide was good, it wasn’t worth the money we spent to book it. We only had access to the Vatican Museum (Sistine Chapel was closed due to Conclave) and St. Peter’s was no longer included. And honestly, it was easy to get into St. Peter’s - it didn’t need to be part of the tour. I’m not sure if we skipped any line at the Vatican Museum because there were a ton of people there and they all appeared to have Skip the Line approaches. Our guide was very good just not worth the over $500 I paid for it.
