A must-do for foodies

We had a great time on our food and wine tour in Lisbon, and Christina was a fantastic guide! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience really enjoyable. The food and wine selections were excellent, and we loved learning more about the local culture along the way. Highly recommend this tour—especially with Christina!

Great food, wonderful experience!

David was an amazing guide, providing a great mix of history, food, and humor. We ate at several special Portuguese restaurants that we would have otherwise never planned to visit. The food was great and there was plenty of good alcohol as well. We loved the experience!

Lisbon Food Tour

We had a great day walking through Lisbon and enjoying a variety of foods and drinks! From Mozambique samosas to shots with our tour guide, we enjoyed learning about the culture and food history of the town.

I had a fantastic experience with Eating Europe. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. I really appreciated the follow ups leading up to the trip, everything felt very organized and well planned. My guide, Alice, was incredibly knowledgeable, energetic, and clearly passionate about what she does. She shared so much interesting history and insight throughout the tour, which made everything even more meaningful. The group visited some wonderful, family owned businesses with long standing traditions, and every stop felt warm and welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent, and we were able to try local specialties I never would have discovered on our own. Everything flowed smoothly, allowing us to relax and truly enjoy the experience. Alice was top notch and made the tour memorable from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Phenomenal experience. Despite it being a busy day in Monmartre, Nora has a way of keeping the tour intimate by tucking us away into quiet corners of streets and semi-private alcoves of business. Her love of French cuisine turns the tour into a classic French meal on foot. Our tour had singles, couples, and families, and all had fun. There is a fair bit of walking, which is punctuated by a good number of stops. To get the most of the experience, cone with comfortable shoes and a good appetite.

A cultural experience!

Our tour was great! David did a wonderful job of keeping each stop smooth and enjoyable. It was nice getting to learn about some historical aspects along the tour as well as having good foods and drinks.

Great tour for kids

Selma was an amazing tour guide. I took my son, and it was a highlight of our trip to Paris. She provided a bit of history in the tour and took us to some great local stops. Highly recommend this tour.

Lovely morning food tour

My daughter and I had a lovely time with Jesita on this food tour, she was very knowledgeable about the different patisseries and boulangeries and their history. There was a good mix of sweet and savory treats though it did lean heavy on chocolate (not a bad thing!) Our favorite stop was at the Boulanger for the baguette tradicional and cheese, with the waffle and hot chocolate a close second.

Walking Le Marais food tour

Simply amazing. Harriet was kind, funny, and informative! We had amazing wine, cheese, meats, cheese, baguettes and pastries. She is so knowledgeable about food, wine and Paris history. We came straight from the airport. (Husband, 10yo and 14yo), walked all over Paris, and enjoyed wonderful food and company. Recommend 150%!

Solo trip perfection

I booked this for my daughter who was on her first solo traveling trip, and from the start their customer service was amazing. Her flight was delayed making her late to the tour, and Carlos went above and beyond to accommodate her. He was kind and helpful, and even followed up with ways to connect with him if she needed any help while visiting Lisbon. The tour itself was fantasic, and a great introduction to the culture and food scene. Definitely recommend this company, high praise from a worried mom in Oregon.

Good

Our guide Helen was very friendly and informative. The food was good, the haggis excellent. The tour was a little light on the drink side, just half a can of Iron Bru and a half pint of lager. Overall it was a pleasant afternoon, despite a little bit of rain.
