Perfect tasting tour!
Jacopo is very knowledgeable and personable, and we definitely got our money’s worth tasting various specialties across the Jordaan neighborhood. A great introduction to local Amsterdam, with plenty to eat and drink.

This was one of our favorite things we did. I would suggest doing it in your 1st or 2nd day as you are given recommendations for the rest of the trip and discounts. Gerard was our guide and shared so much history- he was amazing. My son went last fall and also had the same experience with Gerard as his guide too.

Highlight of our trip!
This was one of the best tours we've ever taken anywhere. Serena (she said like the tennis player if I can't remember the actual spelling haha) was so knowledgeable and friendly and the perfect tour guide. She weaved in so much history and how it is reflected in the food, which made it really nice for those of us who aren't huge wine drinkers. My kids, for example, loved this tour so much because they learned so much and had a lot of fun. They even replaced the wine with juice for them so they can experience the wine window experience. 10/10 recommend!! A must do.

Florence Sunset Food & Wine Tour
The Florence Sunset Food & Wine tour by Eating Europe was awesome. We were lucky to have a very small group (just the three of us and one solo traveler) and great weather. Giovanni was a terrific guide. Took a nice pace and presented lots of interesting information about Tuscany, Florence and the food and wine we were consuming. And the food and wine were remarkable! I couldn’t really choose my favorite. I would definitely recommend this tour and guide to others, and would consider using Eating Europe for food tours in other cities.

Great food experience with Martino!
Martino was a fantastic guide to some Martino shared incredible food and local knowledge of the area! Great guide. The wine, cheeses, pasta, gnudi, and gelato were a great way to experience Florence! Highly recommend. Oh… and the cheese king; must meet him.

Our guide Fred was outstanding. Not only was he entertaining, humorous and knowledgeable, he wined and dined us to the point that we were absolutely stuffed. We had so much great food and drink that we considered canceling our dinner reservations that evening! Highly recommend.

Great food tour in Lisbon
Camila was an amazing guide! We had a delicious and informative tour through the Baixas neighborhood. Each of the stops had something special! We never would have been able to choose them on our own and they each contributed something special to our visit to Lisbon. As a special bonus, Camila shared a PDF of each of our stops, as well as her recommendations in many categories. I highly recommend this tour.

Easy climb; good food
David was our guide. He was insightful and entertaining. Our initial concern was being able to do the tour given Lisbon’s hills. It was very manageable, not a lot of hills and all places we were able to sit and had water to drink.

Best Way to Get a Taste of Lisbon
I had arrived in Lisbon and was staying just overnight. I wanted to make the most of my short time in Lisbon. The Undiscovered Lisbon Food & Wine tour by Eating Europe had great reviews and they were right. The tour was fun and interesting. I am a pescatarian and the non meat options were tasty. The best part of the tour was the guide Carlos. Carlos’s love of Portugal and its history, food and people made the experience wonderful. A really great food.

Must do food tour!
Fantastic tour with Petra. She was lovely and very welcoming. The tour made several stops and everything we tried was yummy. Petra peppered the tour with lots of history and interesting stories. This was my 5th tour with Eating Europe in different cities and I have yet to be disappointed. It's just a fun way to get to know a city and it's history through local cuisine with a group of like-minded travelers which is especially nice if traveling solo.
