Simply delicious for body and soul

Our guide was Pedro and he made our tour deliciously memorable. His knowledge of the history and culture of Portugal and his joyous pride in his country was fabulous. (He is also a good singer! So fun!) He made excellent use of our time together and the restaurants we went to were varied and iconic. It was hard to even choose which was ‘the best’ because they were each so special. Our group was comprised of USA people like us but we each had our own experiences with travel to share. It was a truly fun day! If you go to Lisbon, Definitely book this Eating Europe food tour. Try to go early in your stay so that you can make a reservation and go back to your favourites. Thank you Pedro for feeding our Body And Soul on this excellent food and drink tour.

Great casual food tour of hidden gems

We had a wonderful afternoon tour of hidden gems in Lisbon. Great food and drinks, and insights into the history of Portuguese food. Eating local dishes from local restaurants you would not necessarily discover as a tourist is a highlight. Our guide Joana was so friendly and fun, and set just the right tone for a casual walk with a group that became friends. Highly recommended.

Authentic and a great into to Lisbon

Eating Europe with Joana in Lisbon!

The tour was very informative with more than just the food in Lisbon. Our guide Joana was fabulous and made everyone on the group feel so welcome. I’m not a big tour guy but this three hour tour flew buy and at the end we hated saying goodbye to everyone.

Great Intro to Portugal’s Food!

This tour was the perfect way to kick off our Portugal trip! You definitely see why it’s rated so highly. Amanda was an amazing tour guide, very kind, knowledgeable, and a wealth of information about Portugal’s history and its food. The food was delicious, the wine that complimented the food were perfect pairings (and very decent pours!), and the best part was being able to check out places we probably wouldn’t have found without Amanda’s expertise! We highly recommend this tour!
