Lisbon food tour

Great food and tour
It was our first day in the city and a great way to get introduced to Lisbon’s delicious food and culture. Our tour guide Gabi was excellent.

Lots of wine
Carlos did a great job telling us about the history of Lisbon and Portugal. There is so much wine on the tour! Not so many food stops but the food is great quality and filling

Best food tour!!!
We have done several food tours in Europe and I can honestly say this was the best one. We started with a lovely wine tasting and some “coccoli” and then moved on to a restaurant where we had some amazing truffle pasta and boar ragu. (We were all surprised by how much we enjoyed the boar. Who knew?) we then had papa pomodoro and some florentine steak which was so tasty and tender. Wow! Of course, we ended with some yummy gelato. The food was excellent and out tour guide Alicia was phenomenal. She enthusiastically shared interesting information about the food and wine along with history of the city. She was also sweet and made sure our teenager had nonalcoholic beverages available at each stop. In short, this was a great tour and I would do it over again. Thank you Alice!

Excellent way to experience the food and wine of Florence
Ivana was amazing!!! She was very informative and friendly. We enjoyed the tour very much and highly recommend this tour if you want to experience Florence as a local would. There was a member of our party that had food allergies and she was able to accommodate her needs.

Tasty
It was great! The food tasted amazing, and it was the perfect amount of walking. The Florantine steak was one of the best parts. It was a splendid surprise after all of the sub-par steaks I have had on my trip in Europe.

Gabi was the best tour guide! Friendly, funny, personable, and knowledgeable! We loved walking the city, seeing the sites and eating/driking the food and drinks. Would highly recommend for a great afternoon!

Florence evening food tour
This was a great experience and appreciated visiting the less touristy, more local and family owned restaurants. Local fair and drinks included with key history points were shared. Recommend this tour.

Don’t pass on this tour!
Camilla, was amazing! She has a passion for Lisbon and food unrivaled. The spots were unique and the food was great. I highly recommend this tour for anyone looking for great food and great relationship.

Amsterdam Food Tour with Paul
Paul was so great! Very knowledge, funny, and down-to-earth guy. Great at taking pictures. Everywhere we ate was very authentic and delicious. Loved the cheese and wine stop!

Disappointing Tasting
Natalie was an excellent guide explaining the history of Amsterdam and various cultural and food ties to its development. The tour today was to much walking and standing because she had to make changes in stops as we went along. Would have been nice to have water at some of the stops as the two stops for sweets made you thirsty. Disappointed we did taste Dutch cheeses and more typical food in Amsterdam, but perhaps this was because she alter the tastings.

I highly recommend Alison and the Jordaan eating tour. We walked around various Amsterdam neighborhoods and stop and ate many Dutch delicacies!

Definitely a great way to start a trip!
Great tour with healthy portions that left us full and happy! Danielle was a great guide and spent time telling us the history of the food we were trying and how it ended up in Holland. The places we went were quaint and she had a great rapport with the owners so everything felt very causal and homey. My kids, 8 & 14 also really liked trying everything and seeing the town.
