A must do when visiting Lisbon!

Gabi was an incredible guide sharing with us the off the beaten path food in Lisbon. He was very friendly and helpful and made it a great experience. This is my favorite way to experience a city and I would recommend to anyone visiting Lisbon!

A nice day of good food and history.

This tour was a good mix of delicious food and history. Carolina was a lovely guide who has a true love for Napoli. After 3 hours we were happy and full with a good understanding of Napoli and its history. Definitely recommend.

Food Tour with Paul in Jordaan

Our food tour with Paul today was fantastic. As a local, he is a wealth of knowledge about the area. He brought us to some really great spots where we tried Dutch apple pie, Dutch pancakes, cheese, bitterballen, herring, and more! I highly recommend both Eating Europe and this tour with Paul! Stop searching and book it! (This is out 5th or 6th tour with Eating Europe)

Fun outing and ended with a cool Jenever drink! It was a hot day but he made sure to keep us as cool as possible. There’s herring, cheese and mini pancakes!

Danielle is a BLAST!!!

Our guide was Danielle, and our tour was at the beginning of July 2025. From the start, she did a perfect job of bringing together different personalities and backgrounds over something universal: our love of food. She made the bustling city feel like a small town; her charm and wit are quite captivating! We made six stops of her choosing, and despite the immense heat of the day we joined, she ensured we were able to stay hydrated by making sure each stop had water for us. The variety of the stops allowed for us to expand our horizons beyond what we would’ve found on our own, and the personalized anecdotes for the foods we tried were handy, entertaining, and helped us understand Amsterdam even more. We wished we could’ve grabbed a picture with her and tipped her for the service, but the heat of the day led us all to leave our last stop promptly.

Great food, great wine, and a wonderful guide :)

The tour was amazing! Alice was very friendly, funny and knowledgeable about the history of Florence as well as all the food we were eating. It’s a great way to get to know the city and try lots of foods as a single traveler or for a group. I would recommend going earlier in your trip, so you can go back to your favorite spots before leaving the beautiful city of Florence. I would recommend this to anyone visiting the city whether it’s your first time or if you want to try new spots around town.

An afternoon tasting tour

An enjoyable afternoon eating our way around the Albert Cuyp Market area with our guide Danielle. The tour took us to a series of restaurants, shops and cafes to taste different foods, some Dutch, some imported into the Netherlands through the migration of people to the city. It was an enjoyable way to stay out of the sun and learn a little about the city from a different perspective.

Food and Wine Tour

We had a great time on this tour! We tried many wines and lots of different foods! I was surprised how much food was provided, since the listing is mostly about the wine windows. We only got wine from 1 wine window, but the tour provided so much more. We tried several local traditional dishes that we would have never come across and in addition to many wines, we also got to have a Negroni. I highly recommend this tour!
