Elisa is the best tour guide! We had the most amazing time and Eli took every opportunity to make our experience as memorable as possible. She shared all her favorite moments and memories at the places we visited. You can’t miss with this tour! There are 4 stops in total, the first being very old shop that had caves below for curing meats and *other* storage by nuns from the historical perspective. This shop had a really cool wine window which you will find scattered around Florence. The next stop was a multi-generational deli where we learned about and tried several different cheeses. Then we went to another locally run resaurant where we had some excellent classico wines along with some incredible pasta dishes. After this we went to another local spot where we learned about and received a Negroni made by a local master along with several unique dishes of Florence comfort food. The last stop was a little corner spot where we found dessert, Gelato. Every location we stopped at was locally owned or family run and a really authentic experience. Elisa filled in the details about each location, the dishes we tried and their importance in the region and city.

Fantastic Experience.

We had the best time! It was way more fun than we expected. We ate so much food it was fantastic. The wine, Negroni, prosecco, gelato, cheese... all of it was amazing. Alice was our guide and she was so fun and knew all the restaurant owners. it was like being a local in Florence. Highly recommend to anyone who is in Florence.

Borough Market tour was amazing.

Isaac was great for the foodie tour. He was very informative on the food and history of the market. We had time to relax at each stop. Isaac presented several stories of the other sites near the market which allowed time to enjoy the next stop. I particular enjoyed that the sausage roll from The Ginger Pig. Relaxing at the end at the pub was a great ending.

Prague as it's meant to be seen

Oliver made the experience so much fun and interesting. The selection of food and sightseeing was very carefully selected. I highly recommend having this experience if you go to Prague - and ask for Oliver as your tour guide. :)

Hidden gem restaurants

We explored areas of the city we may not have wandered into on our own. We enjoyed fantastic food at multiple off the beaten track locations. Perfect to taste the flavors of Lisbon. From wine to cheese to fish...from Portugal to Mozambique...it was so much fun.

Tour led by a local who treated us to Good food with the history behind the food!

This food tour was a great time, with great food. Our tour guide Dimitri, is a local, and was very knowledgeable! He had a passion for the food, wine and his home and I really appreciated him as our tour guide! My favorite was the wild boar stew, followed by the crypt filled with wine (which was the first stop with meat and cheese)… The tour ends in the same square it started and is perfect for a post tour drink and little bar hop in the area! I loved it, we had a great time!

Interesting

It is interesting because you learn many things about the local ordinary life, happits, food, drinking and difficulties.

Great guide but needs to adjust for hot weather.

The guide was awesome. It was just too uncomfortable, too hot. When we had a chance to go inside we were sat in an area with no air conditioning. When I walked back to the bathroom that area was air conditioned! We were physically unable to finish the tour.

Amazing Food & Wine Tour in Beautiful Florence

This food and wine tour was such an amazing experience. Our guide, Serena, was so lovely and knowledgeable. The food and wine was delicious, and we got to see many authentic Florence restaurants and meet many wonderful locals. One of the highlights of our trip! Fabulous evening in Florence

This tour was fantastic. Our guide Alice was so warm and friendly- she was entertaining and really informative, totally made for a great night. The food and drinks were abundant and so delicious. I can highly recommend this tour if you want to experience a more ‘local’ aspect.

Great Tour

Our tour guide, Ricardo, was fantastic!! He was very knowledgeable about the history of Lisbon and presented the information very clearly. We stopped at five different restaurants. The food was excellent. Very eclectic variety of food and wine. Everything was very tasty. Again, this was a great experience!!
