Nice introduction to the food and culture of Amsterdam

Amazing way to explore Amsterdam!
Great way to explore the city on first arrival. Walked around and got some historical perspectives, saw some cute neighborhoods and had some good food. Danielle was a great tour guide.

Food was amazing and Oliver was a great tour guide! We had a variety of stops and different foods at each stop, and Oliver informed us about the history of the types of food and about the history of the Czech Republic too.

Fred was an amazing animated knowledge tour guide. The food was amazing and the options for beverages perfectly compliment the food. These are not typical tourist locations which was super cool and refreshing.

Fred was our guide from Eating Europe on a food and wine tour of Lisbon, and he was absolutely fantastic. He was full of local knowledge, had a great sense of humor, and did a brilliant job bringing the group together. Fred showed us hidden gems and places we never would have found on our own. The entire experience was wonderful from start to finish—highly recommended!

If you’re in Lisbon and not doing a food tour with Fred… what are you even doing? Fred was AMAZING! He was hilarious, knowledgeable, and somehow made us feel like locals in just a few hours. We ate our way through the city with zero regrets (okay maybe one… not wearing stretchy pants). The food was incredible, the stories were even better, and Fred tied it all together like a seasoned pro. 10/10 would follow Fred into any restaurant or pastry shop again!

Absolutely must do walking food and wine tour if in Lisbon!
What a fun experience from start to finish! I would highly recommend this food and wine tour to anyone visiting Lisbon. Our guide, Fred, did a super job of involving everyone, young and old, in the group in the fun and entertainment. He took us to places we would never have found, and gave us a great history of the locality, and each establishment we visited. The food and various drinks to complement it were absolutely fabulous, and immersed the group in Portuguese culture. Thanks Fred!

Food Tour in Lisbon with Fred and Eating Europe
We had the absolute best time on our food tour with Fred in Lisbon! From the very beginning, Fred was incredibly warm, fun, and full of energy. He is a local and his passion for Portuguese food, culture, and history was infectious, and he made every stop on the tour come alive with interesting stories and local insight. Not only was the food delicious and varied, but Fred made sure we understood the background and traditions behind each dish, which made the experience even more special. He had us laughing, learning, and eating like locals the whole time.

Fun, factful and delicious!
Great tour from our guide Tom, loads of good stories about the main sights and lesser known objectives around Borough Market. The food stops were well spread out and we got the British classics - sausage roll (amazing), fish and chips, cider, toffee pudding - but also a fantastic pastel de nata and local cheeses. Very nice to meet the other group on the tour as well.

Tom was an amazing guide. Beyond the incredible food we got to taste, the unexpected highlight was hearing the history behind the various places we visited. He was kind, always ready to help, and quick with answers to any question. My favorite food? The sausage roll! Big up to Tom!
