Pip gave a great tour of food with history along the way!
Fish & chips were in my top 2 since moving to the UK a few years ago. Also surprised how much I liked the sausage roll and sticky toffee pudding. Massive thanks to Pip for the tour and history along the way!

Great tour, great food, great wine
Awesome evening with Gio who was extremely knowledgeable, approachable and answered all questions in great detail. We would definitely do the tour again when we come back. The owners of the local shops and restaurants we visited were welcoming and friendly. We did our tour in the evening which we felt would be a good time to do a wine and food tour, and it was. Both food and wine were excellent with traditional simple tastes that were exceptional.

A must do in Lisbon
Great way to experience the hidden gems and learn about the history. David was the absolute best as our food tour guide. He knew everyone, was super friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. Just someone you’d want to share a few super bocks with. We had Joao for our tuk tuk drive. Felt super safe; he was super friendly and knowledgeable as well!

Best way to spend the day in Lisboa
Miguel made the walk so special. Every place we stopped was filled with history and great food. I would highly recommend booking and will do again on a return trip.

Actually The Best Tour
This food tour with Cate was amazing! She was such a joy to learn from. We got to learn about a lot of Portugal’s history and how it related to the foods we were eating at each location. It was such a fun experience and the food was amazing at each stop. I would definitely recommend it to others and try it again myself should I visit again. 10/10 !!

The tour was incredible! Food was excellent, wine tasting was perfect, and our guide Alice and our shadow Francesco were nice, easy going, and knowledgeable.

Amazing experience!
What a fantastic evening. Our guide, Gio, took us to some amazing family-owned places to taste local Tuscan food and wine. Gio ensured we learnt a lot about the history of the area and the processes involved in the food and wine making process in each place It was the best experience with plenty of food and amazing wine to accompany. The group was mixed in age and, as a solo traveller, it was wonderful to spend the evening socialising with a great bunch. Book this experience - you won’t be disappointed!

Great walking tour - not long
This was a very informative and tasty tour and an easy stroll around the old neighborhood. At each stop, we were warmly welcomed and given something to eat and drink. Our guide, Assia, was very enjoyable, knowledgeable, friendly and pleasant

Incredible Food Tour Experience
So happy we booked a tour with Eating Europe. Danielle was the best tour guide! We could’ve chatted and shared food with her all day. She was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and introduced us to some amazing food in a great neighborhood. From meat filled pastry, to herring, cod fritters, apple pie and so much more. We not only tasted the food but learned about its history. Can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience it was!
