Superb Sunset Sensation
Warm friendly welcome at meeting point. Registering efficient and professional. Punctual start. A range of different food experiences which I enjoyed. All the Hosts were passionate and knowledgeable about their produce, food and wine. Experience at all the venues we visited was warm, relaxed and friendly delivery with usually a touch of humour. The food at every venue was delicious. The experience of getting wine from a wine window was fun and I enjoyed our guide, Eva explaining the history and how the windows are once again becoming very fashionable. Eva is an excellent guide. Friendly and very knowledgeable about all things we covered on our walk. She was able to answer all our questions expertly. The owners of the places we visited clearly respect her and are fond of her. There was nothing I feel negative about on this sunset walk. In my opinion it was great value for money. Excellent Guide. Excellent food with very generous portions. I had a great time with my group. Thank you all.

Very enjoyable!
A very nice way to both see something from the bricklane area and also enjoy some fine dishes! Isaac was very relaxed guiding us through East End. Afterwards, you don’t need any food for at least a couple of hours 😉

Rhys did an outstanding job. The food he chose to serve us was delicious. The fish soup and haggis were my favorites of the day. Would definitely recommend to all.

Eating Like a Local in Lisbon
We took the Heart of Lisbon Food Tour at the beginning of our trip to Lisbon. It was a wonderful introduction to the foods, markets, and restaurants in the neighborhood we were staying. Our guide Fred, a native of Lisbon, showed us how the local eat, capturing the variety of Lisbon cuisine. Fred was funny, kind, engaging, and knowledgeable. One of the best things about the tour is that Fred brought together 8 strangers and by the end of the trip, we were family. We enjoyed learning about the neighborhoods and enjoying special local treats. The most memorable was a small grocery stored that served us a Portuguese delicacy that surprised and delighted us, it was a dinner and a show. During the trip, we went back several times to his recommendations, especially the chicken skewers and the amazing soup served in the basement of a convent. Highly recommend this tour in Lisbon.
